I bought a car from this company on 02.02.2019 and on 14.02.2019 after 2 weeks the car show a warning light in dashboard . I call them , no answer , I text them , no answer and because they are quite far from my house and I work every day I couldn't go there to speak with them . I was at a local mechanic after 1.5 months and he told me they did something to the ECU and now I must replace it to fix the problem . I call them after that and finally they respond and they told me that I have warranty just 1 month .I asked were is written this and they told that they forgot to tell me and forgot to put a stamp on my sale invoice . So beware .I don't recomand this company 👎👎👎

I brought a second hand car from these guys and it was perfect for the family. I had problems with it after 2 weeks I brought it. So I rang them and they said they will fix the problem no problem. So I picked it up and was very happy with it but then another problem came up with the car. I was so stressed so I rang these guys and told them. They were very friendly and told me that don’t worry we can fix it or you can have your money back. THEY DID NOT HAVE TO DO THAT BUT THEY DID. SO THANK YOU

Do not buy a car from this guy. He is a fraud and only cares about lining his pocket even when selling you an illegal car not road worthy when returning to him still says nothings wrong. When going to a main stream car garage them giving you a list of things wrong with the car. He’s a nasty piece of work. Save your money

I called up to ask about where the car had been sourced from, e.g. part exchange or at auction, etc.

By the way, this a question recommended by Autotrader.

He rather rudely told me my question was "not relevant" (as if he were deciding, on my behalf, what exactly constituted a relevant question) and then even more rudely hung up the phone on me.

Not someone I would trust at all I'm afraid.

I brought a BMW E87 from this garage with the understanding that the car had no preexisting mechanical or cosmetic faults. When I came down to view the car it was dirty and the front driver and passenger side had rips in them. I was happy to look past this and proceeded to buy the car. Two days into ownership the car broke down and the garage refused to cover the repairs with the warranty they stamped. The car cost me over 1k to be repaired and it still needs further work before it can be considered to be in a roadworthy state. 100% do not recommend and I'm currently taking legal action against the company to recover the cost of repairs and for them to repair the issues with the car that still exists. If you value your time and money stay away from these clowns.

Good place to buy a car and been served profesional just the guys they missed to tell my i have bought a car with coil springs and shock absorber's broken on my Passat CC as they said the car doesn't have any faults. Service for this to replace all that 890£ only rear side...thank guys for that. Next time bring someone who can check a car before to buy from this place.

Stay Away!! One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. I put a couple of hundred pounds deposit on a Mercedes Benz about 9 months ago with Motoring World only to get a reply after paying this deposit that there was a problem with the car and it was no longer available. Initially they said I would get a full refund as this was their problem but they have not replied to any of my emails or calls for the last 6 months. Take my advice and stay well away from Motoring World they are an absolute disgrace!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Awful company! Terrible after sale customer service.
I bought a car from this garage which was a death trap in waiting. The car had passed all their 'safety checks' despite the seatbelts being anchored into a sill which had been severely damaged and was mostly filler. Upon being needed in a collision, the seatbelt would likely have failed.
When I informed them of this they refused to rectify the problem and denied all responsibility. Their safety check list is not fit for purpose.
My view is they are lucky to come out of this situation with only a negative review on their conscience and not a body.

I also took out an extended warranty on the car which was invalid as they never bothered to activate it.

If you care about your safety, shop somewhere else.
