Excellent family business that puts the customer first. Great service and support throughout. Good choice of cars at competitive prices. The one I bought came with 6 month warranty so they obviously have faith in their work and product. Highly recommended.

I agree with other reviews that the staff are friendly, seem honest and the service is great. However, the car I bought had a dangerous fault that should have failed the MOT, yet it had a brand new MOT certificate.
I didn't give them a chance to put this right, partly because I didn't discover it for 7 months and partly because the car was already booked into another garage when the fault was discovered.

It's taken me a while to write this review but better late than never! Bought a car back in September and can honestly say they have been great. Car was exactly what we were looking for - have a had a little intermittent issue with it and Tim & Jason have been great at getting it sorted. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys, great customer service and would highly recommend this long standing well established family business!

I would be very wary of this company.

They are selling vehicles that are unserviced. When we purchased our car I agreed to check the oil level when we arrived home. It took me a few days to do so. The oil level was at least 2L over the maximum. I also noticed that the oil was very very old and way beyond its serviceable life.
If we hadn't checked then the vehicle would have lasted a few thousand miles before we had very serious problems.
Upon asking as to why they aren't servicing/checking the vehicles they say that it's not their policy to check over vehicles (😂😂😂) or service them and that it was up to me to check and service the vehicle.
It begs the question as to who reset the service interval light??
I'm taking the oil sample and the ECU information to an independent specialist next week to find out when the interval light was reset so we will see soon

Bought a 2013 Qashqai from this place about 2 months ago, the car was driving nice, it was well looked after as well. Unfortunately I had a crash on the way back from holidays and I can say I already miss the car...
