Bought a peugeot from them in Aug 2017 , they picked me up from Bristol airport to bring me to their garage which was very decent. Car didn't have a second key and was missing some manuals. they said "they'd get it " . (never believed it) Hay presto, 2 months later, in the post comes the key and original books. Honorable guys, car is excellent.

I have just bought the third car from Regency Motors. Steve has been first class every time. There is no pressured sales, The current vehicle was prepared to the highest standard and the warranty is honored without a question or a moments hesitation.

My husband bought my new to me car from this company, they have gone beyond my expectations, starting with purchase, handling my enquires, putting it through an MOT even though it had one, sending it out with no advisories, to my husband calling after two weeks saying there was a squeal, his response was "take it to a garage local to you we will pay the bill". The issue was not major, but the garage also fixed a heater, and this dealer paid for it all! More than we both expected, no quibbles, and tbh I had no issue with paying for the other things, but I am so impressed with this company, what a lovely conscientious bunch of people! We will be back for my next car. Thank you so much!

After speaking to Steve regarding a Peugeot 2008 we drove 4 hours from Cornwall to Nailsworth to buy the car. Steve new we were driving a long way and described the car as having a couple of small dents on the roof and a driver's seat that showed signs of wear. When we got there the car wasn't as described. It had a very poor smart repair to the nearside front, a badly damaged front wing and several small dings and scratches. He made no effort to apologise for the omissions or even to have a deal. We were very annoyed and frustrated. I would not recommend in this instance. He must have been having a bad day as other reviews were good.

Steve was great from start to finish and car was described very well - no pressure and allowed to complete a good test drive. Simple transaction and pleasure to deal with!

Good old fashioned friendly service, privately owned, straight forward to deal with. They had just the car I was looking for at a fair price, I would recommend them for a quality second hand car .
