We had only a brief experience of dealing with Andrew of Andmarc Cars, when I was interested in a car and wanted him to hold it for us until we could get down there to see it. We transferred a small amount of money across, so that they would hold the car for us and they took it off sale. A few days later we turned into those nightmare customers that must come along every now and then, and changed our minds. Andrew was really understanding and patient and, without being asked, transferred the money back to us. He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and I would highly recommend them.

We bought a lovely, pristine condition, low mileage, 2008 Hyundai from Andrew. He was nothing but professional and accommodating during the sale.

After a test drive of the vehicle, we noticed that the clutch was on its way out. Knowing this, we negotiated with Andrew to knock off a little from the price, and we were sold the car on the condition that he would help us out when it did eventually require the replacement.

Over the years I’ve purchased several cars from independent dealers. All appear trustworthy until something goes wrong….and then things can get tricky and you sometimes feel abandoned. Although a hard to pin down suspension knocking noise did occur during the warranty period, Andrew had the car back and his mechanic spent some time investigating it. I didn’t mind this as a local garage hadn’t been able to pinpoint the problem. In the end it turned out to be a shock absorber, which Andrew had replaced and then had the car delivered 35 miles back to me. I feel Andrew/Andmarc gave the sort of after sales service I would want from every independent dealer. We bought our car from here not so long ago. Andrew was so helpful, informed us very clearly about the car and it's pirce. We found the car in that condition that he described to us.

Around one month after the purchase we encountered a tricky fault, that our mechanic refused to repair. We called Andrew, took the car back to him and his mechanic. They did their best on a busy Saturday to repair our car that we could enjoy it again.
