Ramek Cars

We popped into Ramek Cars after seeing a few small cars on auto trader. Our son was due to start learning to drive and we needed a suitable car for him. On visiting Ramek cars we were impressed with the number of small cars available.

Ed the owner was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He gave advice on insurance which was also very helpful. We intended on popping in to view and ended up driving away with a VW Polo. I definitely would use them again.

Edd offers a laid back approach with no pressure or pushy sales tactics. An honest and genuine guy who obviously knows his stuff but won’t stand over you the entire time. I was left alone to view the vehicle in my own time and at my own pace. This also gave my girlfriend and our son a chance to have a look of their own too, a very nice touch!

Even during the short time I was there, I could tell by the number of people showing up and the phone constantly ringing with enquiries, Ramek cars is a dealer with a good reputation and for good reason, this came as no surprise judging from the experience I had.

Communication was excellent throughout and great understanding shown towards some financial issues I was facing at the time.

Great service. Wasn’t pushy at all. Got to test drive as many as we wanted. Very knowledgeable regarding first time cars and gave lots of advice including tips for insurance. Wish we found this garage first time around instead of wasting money on two cars that didn’t last more than 4 months.

Great experience at Ramek Cars! I went back a few days in a row to look at cars and probably annoy the owner. The had all the models I was looking for at the one place. No need to drive around to other dealerships. Ed was amazing, even picked me up from the train station when I came to collect the VW Polo. Quick turn around getting the fresh MOT too as I needed the car quickly. Highly recommend.
