Bought a car, exactly what I had in mind in less than 24 hours. Guy was brilliant, helpful and friendly. The whole process was painless and quick. Car is running great and drive up to Scotland was smooth I was moving to Scotland from Hampshire. Thank you Garrison Garage.

This is not my first time purchasing a car from the garrison garage and it won't be my last. The whole process from start to finish was stress free. All the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly - they even had a treat for my dog (who was invited along to check she could get in and out of the car ok). I would not hesitate to recommend Garrison Garage to anyone. Thank you all, for another great car buying experience.

EDIT: Still having nothing but issues with this car, garage has been no help. The problem has been there since I first got the car. Found the salesman to be rude and unhelpful! So I’m now paying for a car I can not drive

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this garage. I was sold a car that I have not even had a whole year yet and it has been problem after problem from the first week I had the car. When ever I’ve contacted I have been dismissed and never really fully resolved the issue. This is because they knew full well they were selling a dodgy motor. Knowing I have 4 children and 1 of which who has complex needs youd think they’d have more brains about what kind of motors they are selling. Would not recommend because they don’t care once they’ve made the sale and have done nothing to resolve the issue of the UNDRIVEABLE , UNSAFE, car they sold. What kind of decent garage sells an UNSAFE car to a mother with 4 kids, seriously wouldn’t even bother going to this garage!!!!

Oh will add in the first 2 weeks they changed the battery knowing that wasn’t the issue because they never even bothered inspecting the car, the battery was dodgy it’s self and a very old one which has been confirmed to me by the AA.

This place needs shutting down , putting children at risk by selling a motor you know has faults. This will be going further

Bought a ford focus for work from Garrison Garage a couple of weeks ago. No problem whatsoever. The process was smooth and Simon was extremely friendly and helpful. Could not start the car today, turns out the battery is dying. Gave Simon a call this morning and by 1pm, a replacement battery was fitted. Absolutely brilliant!

Recently brought a car from here,from start to finish the service was excellent. They let me test drive the car and paid a deposit as was waiting for my insurance to pay out after an accident. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.car was cleaned fully on pick up day.will 100% recommend
