Very reasonable couple who were nice and easy to deal with. Came out to my house and offered me a price similar to the quote originally offered. Then collected my car the next day. All very easy. I would definitely use them again.

The interactive and personal service that was offered was exceptional, would strongly recommend to anybody trying to sell their used cars. They were able to organise collection and payment of my car on the same day. Social distancing was well respected by the company which helped to put me at ease in these testing times. Was looking for a used car for myself as a run around and my daughter who is learning to drive. Sold my car here, really good. I loved the car a lot so it hurt to see it go but the fella gave me a good deal which was far better than what We Buy Any Car were offering. Quality service, will be back again.

Duplicitous

Bailey and his girlfriend (or colleague?) posed as private buyers for my car which I was selling privately on Autotrader. His starting point for a low offer was predicated by being young and starting out with his girlfriend for who the car was for. I was gullible enough to fall for it so agreed to a much lower price than I was intending, my stupidity. Two days later the car is for sale on Autrotrader £1250 higher!!!!!

This review should be minus 5 stars....

I just hope that no vulnerable people in these difficult and challenging times trying to sell their car and receive a call from Bailey.
