Had a great service from Tony & his father. I wanted to buy my dream car, a Porsche and I'm glad I bought it from this company. He wasn't a pushy salesman he only answered questions you had about the car and was even patient enough to wait for me to find finance to fund it.

The test drive wasn't just around the block, we went on a good drive to properly test the vehicle & Tony was very knowledgeable about it too.

Car is in immaculate condition and low mileage for the age of the car

I got offered free delivery (even though I wanted to pick it up myself) 6 months road tax, full 12 month MOT and even a 3 year warranty!

Purchased a 5 series BMW from Tony at Chapel en frith car sales from all the way down in North Devon without seeing the vehicle, and yes i know it was a risk, however reading the reviews and speaking to him i knew this was where i wanted to take my custom especially knowing they are a well established family business.
I opted to have the BMW delivered to my home address which was delivered the following week by his father Peter, the delivery tooj a couple days longer, however this was due to Tony making sure my car was serviced and issued with a fresh MOT on the car which meant he was adiment that i recieved the vehicle ready to go and enjoy.
The vehicle arrived to me by 9am by Peter who left really early to make sure it was here in good time, Peter talked me thru the vehicle, shown me all the paper work and explained the 3 year warranty which was complimentary with the car along with the 12 month MOT and 6 months tax!!
All i had to do was drop Peter to a local train station to make his journey back.
Tony gave me a courtesy call in the evening to make sure everything was fine and i was happy with car.

After a couple of weeks i noticed drops of oil beneath the vehicle so contacted Tony of whom was most obliging to make sure the fault was rectified. I was even able to use my lical garage and Chapel en frith cars made the payment direct to the garage for the minor fault that was found and rectified.

I would really recommend this establishment to anybody that seeks 5 star service, sales and after care service. Tony and Peter were both extremely polite, proffessional and knowledeable.

Chapel en frith cars have also restored my faith in car purchasing as i had a previous bad experience at another car sales dealer.

Well done Tony and Peter for a trouble free purchase and would definitely consider using you again even tho your 300 miles from me.

Absolutely first class service from Tony. From our initial call to collection of the vehicle, he couldn't be faulted. Friendly, knowledgeable and nothing too much trouble. Fantastic quality first car for our son who has just started driving.

Don’t do business with them! Bought a BMW X3 from them a few years ago. We drove the car home the same day as had travelled from Suffolk and on the way home the electric sunroof wouldn’t close. Tony tried to wiggle his way out of it but luckily we’d paid some via credit card so were able to make a claim for the £3.5k it cost us to get it repaired! Tony was great when looking for business but as soon as we drove away he didn’t want to help! Steer clear!

Edit - We no longer own the car but from memory it was LC53 XSM?!

I was Looking for a nice Low mileage Jaguar in Good condition.

I finally found one with Tony and Peter at Chapel-en-le- Frith Car Sales. From my first call to Tony I knew that he was very customer focused and knowledgeable. I bought the car and it was then serviced and given a full Mot. and a 2 year warranty The whole process was smooth and I was kept fully up to date leading up.to my collection.

After about two weeks a warning lamp came on, I rang Tony for advice. He was on holiday but insisted on owning the problem. The car was then taken to a main Jaguar dealer close to myself and the fault was rectified.

The way this was dealt with by Tony was beyond my expectation, and I would strongly recommend them to anybody looking to buy a used car.
