Purchased a Peugeot Boxer van a couple of weeks ago, friendly family service from the brothers, knowledgeable and honest. Had an issue with it a week later rang the boys, took it into my local garage and they took care of it all, true to their word.I definitely would recommend Used Cars Uk to anyone.

We bought a 2017 VW Crafter from this dealership, one day after purchase, the van developed a fault and had to go back to the dealership. Two days after we collected it, the van broke down and had to be recovered from the side of the road and went back to used cars UK for diagnostics and repair. They said that our driver put other fuel or added something to the fuel, which I argued wasn't the case, but they insisted that this was what caused it. The repair cost 2500, 50% of which I agree to cover. I decided not to put a negative review and just move on as I thought it might be one of those things, at least the van is sorted now. Fast forward to last weekend, and I was told that the check engine light came on. I sent it to the garage where we are servicing all of our vans and found out that the DPF is blocked and AdBlue is getting into the engine. Cost of the repair £2500.
Thanks very much used cars UK; we won't be returning to buy any vehicles from you ever again. To any prospective buyers, save yourself money and stay away from this outfit.

Recently bought a Ford transit from these guys are very happy with the service knowledgeable and friendly no pushy sales tactics. I did have some issues with the van after leaving but they were quick to jump on it and help me sort them out. Would use again and recommend 👌🏼

Great company to buy from. Great communication from them right from the 1st contact all the way to when we picked the car up. No pressure selling just good old fashioned service and politeness. The car was presented in great condition and we had an opportunity to inspect it thoroughly and take for a test drive. I would have no hesitation coming back to the guys to buy another car.
