Just bought a C class c350e from GCS the car is amazing, staff are very friendly and helpful specially Anas very professional guy, sale was very smooth and car was fully valeted and it was abit late to get the car serviced so he promised to give me a free service a week after the sale I went back car was fully serviced and I had a problem with the home charger was not working he replaced it on the spot. very pleased with the experience and definitely recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My first independent finance company approved the finance. However, stated that this dealership is banned from their panel and would not work with them.

I managed to secure finance from another company. But now it makes sense as to why the first lender had their reasons.

I purchased a vehicle which was not fit for purpose or road legal. They had lied to me that a full major service had been carried out. However, after getting this diagnosed by an independent garage, this was not the case (see pictures attached of filters for reference).

During my journey back home, the front bumper had fallen off, brakes grinding metal on metal, strong fume smell leaking from the turbo and so on.

The dealership requested a report in order to rectify all faults. After providing the report they decided to return the funds back to the finance company and unwind the deal.

I have now started court proceedings in order to get my expenses back such as vehicle recovery costs, vehicle health check carried out by an independent garage and so on.

Great Service and selection of cars
Fantastic service provided by the GCS team!. We were assisted by a lady called Heba who was extremely knowledgeable and the showroom has an amazing selection of cars especially Mercedes Benz. Love the car i purchased and i would recommend anyone to get a car from here. The cars are very reasonably priced in comparison to other dealers while the whole team were friendly and helpful.

Bought a car from them one week ago. Found a wheel nut is missing in the right rear wheel. And the locking nut key cannot be found anywhere in the car. Called them up. They insist the wheel nut must have been stolen. And their warranty don't cover the locking nut key so I must fix it at my own cost. They were really nice when you want to buy a car from them. But once you got the car, not so much.

Best not to say how I feel after driving the car I bought from them.
I had not even reached home when I had to stop on the motorway to check back window cos air is coming from it and making noise, called the company to report but they did nothing about it.

Nicely put I would never go back there and if I could afford to buy another car from somewhere else I would give back this £10500 car to this company free of charge.

Professional and very helpful. Bought a Mercedes from GCS today. Very pleasant experience. Sandra was extremely friendly, really took her time to go over all the features, and made us feel really welcome. Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend to anyone. The showroom is very well laid out and they have good deals!
