Bought my car from Fleet Ar Sales through a Finance Company. Fleet had ot all ship shape and ready within two days. They sorted everything for me upon arrival and with minimum fuss. 6 months warranty and 12 months breakdown cover, very happy and I love the car.

Just bought my second car from Fleet Car Sales and they were beyond helpful. Ricky wasn't a pushy salesman at all and made sure to go to great lengths to make sure the customer service was exceeded. Would highly recommend!

Bought a Merc C63 from Fleet Car Sales and in particular, Rikky. Firstly, the purchase process was so simple, deal was agreed on a Wednesday (incl a part-ex) and I picked the car up on the following Saturday.

The car unfortunately developed a fault within my first week of ownership but Rikky and FCS were apologetic and keen to fix it free of charge. Rikky also sourced me a car to borrow in the meantime.

Amazing service - would absolutely buy any car from them again without hesitation.

If you don’t know about cars, don’t buy from them! We had a horrible experience, bought a car that instantly overheated, turns out it wasn’t checked appropriately before being sold. Coolant was getting consumed quickly. They tried to “fix” it a couple of times. We demanded money back within 30 days, but they wouldn’t give the full refund. We lost £200 pounds, full tank of fuel worth £100 and missed a holiday because of the breakdown. This £200 was for use of the car, which is ironic since it was unusable (or not in our driveway) for most of the 1 month we owned it.

Getting the refund was a battle and the whole experience was very stressful. Citizens advice bureau were helpful and reported them to trading standards for us.
