We found a Mini for sale at CMC on Autotrader and from the first online enquiry to the day we took delivery of the car, the service was great. As I was buying the car without being able to visit the dealership or take a test drive, I needed confidence that the car was everything it appeared to be online. Andy gave me that confidence and also a good price for my Part Ex (unseen) which he didn't subsequently try and reduce when he collected the car. With a 6-month warranty included, I'm really happy with the car and would recommend CMC to other car buyers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Bought a car that was not fit for purpose!! Was not made aware of all the faults with this car until I noticed some issues and took it to another garage. Upon the first MOT since owning the car there was a jaw dropping list of advisories and faults that would not have occurred in only one year since the last MOT. This company definitely undertakes dodgy MOT’s before selling used cars. Only owned the car for 6 months and have had to pay out ££££’s!!!

Absolutely stellar service from this dealer. I will break down my experience.
I called the dealer on Sunday afternoon, at 1:30pm (after closing) and despite them supposed to be closed as well as it being Father’s Day the phone was not left to ring and it was picked up, my questions were promptly answered and so I went off and did a smidgeon more independent research about the car.
Then the next day, on Monday, I went to the dealer to take a look at the car and get finance approved. This all happened so quickly and so painlessly. Andy was a star, well knowledged in the vehicle, guided me through the entire process of taxing the car as it was my first car and all round was a top bloke.
Something else happened that I didn’t expect, the vehicle was due a service so they very kindly made sure to get this arranged before it was to be delivered to me adding a day or two to the process. There was no expectation or agreement for this so it was greatly appreciated.

I received the car last week, has been exceptionally good to drive. More than happy with my purchase. Can’t give this dealer enough credit. Thanks again!
