So the initial purchase was great. Very friendly, happy with the car. The car had a broken electric wing mirror which I pointed out to them prior to purchase and I was assured they would order the part and then call me when it arrives so I can go back for it to be fixed. Took out extended warranty just incase anything else came up. I am now 2 months into ownership and I still haven't had that phonecall. I have called them several times now and everytime get told someone will call me back and yet they have not. Still have not received my log book either. I cannot get someone to speak to me for more than 1 minute all I get is someone will call back and they never do. I will be emailing them this week in a final attempt to have the problem resolved before I make official complaints. This is so disappointing after the initial good experience but it seems that once you walk out the door they wash their hands of you.
*EDIT TO UPDATE*
Before I had chance to email them about my wingmirror the car broke down - oil sender unit failed and dumped all the oil out mid drive - required new engine due to the damage. Tow truck took it to them as still under warranty. After an initial heated exchange where I was told the warranty may not cover it as it was suggested I may have run over something, before they had even looked at my car, I am pleased to report that they got my car back up and running with a new engine under warranty AND they did my wingmirror (turns out the part had arrived some time ago, my messages had not been passed on and there was some confusion as to who the wingmirror was for). I am pleased with this outcome and once the cause of the breakdown had been identified they were very helpful.
I have increased my star review based on this experience but I maintain that post sale communication and communication between staff in store could be a lot better to improve service.

Sold a car not fit for purpose. Prop shaft was missing. Car not serviced on purchase as promised. Had to pay for front and rear brakes to be replaced and a full service to be done at another garage. Thats when it was found the prop shaft was missing. Car went back to Tiley Motors for replacing prop shaft. After 2 weeks in their garage, they said it was fixed, had road tested it....I rejected the car for a full refund as the car had problems related to the prop shaft which should have been sorted by them. Customer service is atrocious.
Communication absent. Be very cautious buying from here.

I want to give a big shout out to Barry and the team at Tiley. This is the 5th year running I have been back to Tiley for servicing work and wouldn't go anywhere else. They go above and beyond and nothing is ever to much trouble. Friendly team in Tiley highly recommend. Thank you again Barry!!

Great experience dealt with Enzio looking for a first car for my granddaughter and he was so helpful it’s not very nice being a woman on her own going to buy a car normally but felt very comfortable with no pressure and my granddaughter was extremely happy with her new fiat 500 and already done 2000 miles since Christmas! Thank you very much for making it so easy!
