Herts Motors

Needing a vehicle with more space for (too much!) 'dog stuff', I called into Herts Motors looking for a small-ish van. They had one just right for me and within my budget which had not long arrived. I was able to put a reserve on the van without obligation while it was prepared, then test-drove it and brought it happily home. The dog will have to write his own review later once his safety cage is installed! He sends his regards to Murphy.

5* all the way with Herts Motors. Bought a Nissan Navara today and was looked after by Dan. Everything explained nice and clearly, test drive arranged straight away. No pressure and usual car salesmen talk from them which was nice. Was more like buying a car from ya mate professional all the way. The office team were great aswell made me and my partner feel very welcome. All round very pleased and impressed with how they operate. Definitely recommend Herts if your looking for a good quality commercial vehicle with no hassle.

Living in Northern Scotland, I was slightly apprehensive about buying a van without seeing or driving it first. However Dan was brilliant from day one and sent me photos before and after it's valet and a walk around video pointing out any marks or blemishes that I needed to know about. He had it independently MOT'd , offered me a good warranty and 12 months RAC breakdown cover. I felt reassured and decided to proceed with the purchase. Dan organised delivery by a very competitively priced delivery company and it arrived bang on time and with a wallet in the glovebox containing all the paperwork and docs I needed. The van exceeded expectations when I looked around it and was exactly as described. I honestly don't write reviews very often, but felt that the service that I received and especially compared to the majority of other companies I approached about buying a van, was second to none. Great company and a really decent owner.

Just bought my new van from Kevin at Herts motors. Felt like I was in safe hands from the get go. He did all the extra advisory bits on the van when he had it in for MOT, alot of dealerships could easily have just sold it as it was! Would definitely recommend this garage to anyone and would 100percent be my first port of call in years to come if I ever need a newer van! Enjoy your holiday!

Top tier service. Van in very good condition near let me down & it’s been 6 months since I bought it. I Had a minor issue with the door latch, I informed them & they had a local garage sort it out for me Free of charge the same day. Very happy customer, I highly recommend this dealership.
