I recently bought a small runabout car from Malik and his team.
I found the service provided was excellent, nothing was too much trouble to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
This is a very friendly and helpful family business. There was no pressure to buy and they were ready to advise on the best vehicle to suit my needs.

Love my new car and would most definitely go back ! Very helpful and kind service, much luck and only happy customers in the future 🙏

I brought my first car from qmotors. The guys who help me out were very nice and very informed. I personally don't know anything about cars but the guys were very nice answered all my questions and priveded extra information such as mot details and advisories. we were given the change to test drive the car wich ran very well. Since the mot was gunna run out soon after perchase they offered to do a new mot before passing the car over. Since I recently passed my test I was very scared to drive it on my own the guys were very nice about it and said that they could drop the car off to my house after the mot since it was fairly close to the dealership.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS GARAGE.

This awful “family run business” have treated me like utter dirt. I had several things wrong with the car when I bought it but it was a few minor things like the window button wasn’t working and the air con needing some more gas in it. And some damage to the windscreen due to an old windscreen wiper having no rubber protection. All things I am happy to get fixed in a few weeks under the warranty.

Malik made me run around and drop the car off knowing I live all the way in Poole on multiple occasions and did NOTHING to fix my car. He said he would repair all of my concerns and just this week when the warranty is about to expire he suddenly said he can’t do them. At least 4/5 times I have taken my car in for nothing to happen.

He has completely taken advantage of a pregnant young woman in thinking I would let him treat me like this. I am perfectly happy to have my car fixed and have to pay for certain things that isn’t under the warranty but he wouldn’t even do that.

I was sold the car with two keys and the second key wasn’t even made for my car and he won’t even replace that.

I hope this puts someone off from buying from this garage as they cannot be trusted. Absolutely disgusting service.

An extremely reliable and trustworthy garage. Really went above & beyond with their customer service to ensure I got the best deal with my new car and ensured a new mot, service & valet was carried out. Would definitely recommend!

Got a car from this place a few days ago it’s got some minor faults nothing I can’t fix I see other reviews complaining about minor faults tip don’t buy the car if your not happy simple and do a mot check online unlike some garages they don’t cover up the regeneration in there advertising there old cars not new they will have faults now it’s just come to my attention that turbo not working after stripping the engine it’s gunned up with carbon think the garage could of cleaned it out before selling it bit messy but costs nothing to clean it out can seems to be running much better now 🤦‍♂️

Q motors are rip off. They take bits off your car to put bits on cars he sells. He promised to do jobs but don't do them and charge you a lot of money. They should be ashamed of theirselves and need to be stopped selling cars and stop thieving off customers. I give no stars. One star so i can worn other people they ripped me off. Don't let them rip you off
