Very impressed with the friendly professional service provided. Made the whole process of purchase easy. The vehicle was as advertised, and although not from a manufacturer dealer, came with warranty, full service and correction of advisories on last MOT. Have no hesitation in recommending A30 Car sales to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

Rather odd encounter with Simon who made it very clear he wasn't interested in debating the Auris we looked at and said that if we saw a better deal then we should buy that car. Well I'm pleased to say that the very next day we found a mint, newer, low mileage Corolla Hybrid, a few miles away, for only £750 more so took his advice and bought it. Thanks Simon!
Update re response: Yes indeed, we heard from many dealers that there was little room on the price. However, Simon shut me down at the word 'negotation', I did mention another newer car but with many more miles for £2,000 less, but didn't get as far as an offer for the one at A30. It was hard to finish a sentence TBH so we just shrugged and left.

Really good car sales, found my new car within a few days, they serviced it before pick up and were lovely to deal with. Not pushy in the slightest and had my best interests in mind. They took all the stress of finding a cat away.

Simon was the sales rep who met us at A30 car showrooms. He was very welcoming and genuinely pleasant. He told us how we could look at the cars at our leisure and find him if we had any questions, he was really helpful and we ended up getting a great car. I definitely recommend A30.

Malcolm was terrific from start to finish. I don't usually enjoy buying cars (this was a necessity) but from the moment Malcolm answered the phone, I was confident this was going to be a good experience. I made an appointment, took the car on a test drive, nothing was too much trouble for the pre-drive prep either. I bought the car, everything was explained simply and the paperwork was easy. It was in perfect condition on collection, and the onsite mechanics sorted out the locking wheel nuts too. Malcolm was professional, good humoured, polite and non pushy through out. I'm so pleased I found A30 cars and I'd recommend them and Malcolm to anyone who will listen. Thank you.

I had to sell my car that was on pcp and found a lovely low milage fiesta, amongst a large range of cars at A30 cars.
Absolutely no pushy sales, I was given the key and able to test drive on my own. Given time to decide again with no pushyness.
The car was ready for collection and serviced on time and very clean with a 3 month warranty which you can pay extra for an extension.
The sale of the car could not have been easier, they offered me a great price for my car, which meant I could buy the fiesta outright and then they paid the outstanding finance directly and immediately So stressfree and easy to deal with, would 100% recommend. If you need to reduce your current outgoings go see A30 they are much better to deal with than the other national companies and dealerships and they are very competitive on the price offered for your part ex even if its on finance.

From the first online request for information the service was unfaultable. I got exactly what I was after, with no hard selling especially when I wanted to go away and think about it before finally paying the deposit. I'm not indecisive but I dislike making snap decisions. Car was serviced and a couple of problems sorted that the A30 guys had spotted when I went for the test drive. Overall very happy :)

Simon Woodley is the Sales person that I have been dealing with so this review is purely based on my experience with him. Simon was very engaging and very helpful. I would recommend him any time. He kept me informed of what was happening with the Finance Company that I was using and the problems that I was having with them. Thanks Simon
