Greg Flatt Car Sales

We purchased our car from Greg Flatt car sales September 2014 and have just received very good after care/customer service from them. Recently we experienced problems with our break lights, sometimes the lights would come on and sometimes they didn't. Unfortunately, we took our car to another garage who informed us that the lights were working and that they are possibly sticking and sent us on our way. Our lights continued to fail so I took the car to Greg Flatt, the lights once again were working on this particular day but Greg Flatt knew how concerned I was about possibly causing an accident so persevered all day with the car until eventually the lights failed to come on, which then meant they were able to diagnose the problem which then they were able to fix. That's not all, I had left my toddlers buggy in the back of the car, so instead of us having to walk to the car sales to collect it, they dropped it off to our house. I would strongly recommend Greg Flatt Used Car Sales to anyone and we shall definitely continue to use them in the future.

Called and spoke with David today regarding a car I'd seen advertised. I'm a very long way from Ipswich, and needed a bit of help in understanding the condition of the car.

I got a friendly, cheerful and incredibly honest view of the vehicle. Having phoned many used car dealers over the past few days, I can't begin to say how refreshing this approach is.

Sadly, the car sold before we were able to complete a transaction, but I will keep a close eye on the stockist and will have no hesitation in calling or even making the journey to buy from these guys in future.

I have always found Greg Flatt's service to be above and beyond the expected. This was further demonstrated when I called today at 4pm, with a stuck handbrake. The RAC had just let me down, as they had quoted 2hrs, and then called to move it to 4 and half hours. Within half an hour of calling Greg Flatts they had sent someone to release my hand brake for me so I could drive home. Being in recovery from a bad cold, and the weather getting more chilly, I was extremely grateful. Can't recommend them enough. :)

I was highly recommended Greg from a couple of friends of mine. I was looking for a car to buy for my Daughter, as she had just passed her driving test. She was very nervous test driving he car she liked, but he was so friendly and put her at ease. She loves the car. We have had no trouble at all with it, and even after the warranty had expired, she phoned him to say she needed a bulb done and didn’t know what to do. He told her to bring the car to him. He changed the bulb free of charge and showed her how to check the levels under the bonnet for future reference. We will definitely use him from now on for our servicing and MOT, and whenever we renew our cars. It is so nice to meet an honest person you can deal with, that provides an outstanding customer service. As a woman previously I have had awful experiences with garages. I have always found them to be very intimidating, but not Greg and I am so pleased my Daughters first experience was a lovely one. We will always use him from now on.

Quite simply the best garage and sales business you'll ever likely use. They go above and beyond to please the customer and quite simply the only reason I would use anyone else is in an emergency and they were fully booked (and then I'd still consider waiting for them to become available). Simply the best.

Absolutely fantastic service.. My partner bought a car here and after a few months when we had an issue the car was collected and repaired free of charge.. Highly recommend. Thank you for everything.
