My wife and I just bought a 2020 Reg Volvo XC60 and our purchase was handled by Mark and Jerry who were extremely polite and helpful, even more so when considering we live over 100 miles away. The car was delivered and our part exchange was collected as promised. Very happy with how these guys handled it all - And delighted with our new motor!

We visited the Peugeot dealership last week and would like to say the salesman we dealt with was very helpful, and although unfortunately our circumstances changed and we couldn’t do the deal. The general manager of Marshall’s was most helpful in sorting out our problem. Thank you very much, this has been a great worry to myself and my husband and we very much appreciate the quick response after our email.

Made a telephone enquiry re Self charging hybrid, the Sales executive Scott Lauzon was simply excellent, polite, informative and willing to help in all areas without trying to just sell me any old thing. Will definitely call and ask for Scott personally when I have decided what best suits me and my wife's needs, thank you, Steve

Please be warned and don’t take your car here, this is the worst experience of my life, one I never expected when I purchased an fpace and extended Warrenty.
5 weeks ago my car was recovered to this garage, but only after having a conversation with one of the engineers who explained my car would be dealt with promptly and I would be given a car to keep me and my baby on the road.
Since then I have made daily calls into reception, always having to chase and do the leg work as when they say they are going to call you back they don’t, ive spoken to 4 different car engineers, lied to, misinformed, ignored, etc!!
The operation and management of customers, the operation and customer service is appalling.
5 weeks on and still no car to keep me and my baby mobile and no idea when my car would be fixed, im very stressed as this has impacted my work and my daily life.

I did give initially a 5 star review when I purchased my seat Leon in may 2021 , but guess what when I had a few problems they backtracked over what they promised me , 2 visits 240 miles later they said sorry warranty don’t cover that. Why do people promise things they can’t do . Even emailed CEO who pushed it all down the line , I will not buy another car from this company ever again , they get your money and be nice to you then if anything goes wrong they wriggle out of repairing it, I don’t wish to ever contact them again

I recently bought a used Citroen C1 from Marshall and was delighted with the service I experienced. I was particularly impressed with sales executive Asa; not only was he unfailingly courteous, professional and efficient, he was also, (importantly,) not remotely pushy. I would recommend Marshall to anyone looking to purchase a new car and will undoubtedly be visiting them again when next in the market to do so.

My husband and I bought a 15 plate Red Jaguar Xf from here had nothing but major issues with the car and with the staff here. Rubbish communication and very good at passing the book had the car 3 weeks and nearly 2 weeks could not use it due to problem or in the garage, no courtesy car given. Gave the car back got a refund on the money we put down but no offer of compensation for inconvenience or being out of pocket from the purchase and unable to use the vehicle. Supposed to be a jaguar approved car but non jaguar parts used on service. Would not buy a car from these useless people at Cambridge ever again. A horrible stressful experience! If I could I would not give any star rating!

I didn’t have a great experience with Marshall’s, but I am updating my initial 1 star review to 3 stars for the after effort by the sales manager.
My family had just finished our quarantine, put a £500 deposit down on my perfect car, packed up our twin toddlers, their car seats, and took a hire across town to Marshalls to get our vehicle. When we got there it had none of the features listed, it was just completely basic. We were told we could buy the car at that same offered price or find something else they had. At that point I was VERY upset as we had wasted a lot of time and over £40 on a hire, plus would be wasting another £40 on a ride back home and we were just offered a, “sorry, not sure what happened there”. I wrote a pretty bad review and the manager came out to offer to help. He took my info and reached out the next day. I will say he definitely did try to help and find a car with most of the features I wanted and offered it at the same price as the first. I feel like that should have been the initial response and I would have felt much better had it been. It turned out to be an honest mistake, which I can understand but it was the initial response of “oh, sorry, nothing we can do” that kept me from wanting to do business with them. I’ve worked in customer service at 4 diamond hotels & event planning for years so I do hold customer service to a high regard so it could just be me expecting too much. This is a large purchase, especially being an American with the exchange rate as I’m literally spending the amount I sold my fully loaded Infiniti QX60 for on a freaking basic Qashqai, so I do expect some level of effort. I was eventually refunded my deposit but overall out £80 over this mistake and ended up finding the same vehicle in a newer year, with much higher specs (everything I wanted initially plus some!) for £500 less elsewhere, so I guess in the end this was all meant to be for me.
