I bought a corsa from braceys, just a cheap car for my partner, and after we drove the car away the tracking was out, there was a number of other faults, and they had put an non reclining seat in a two door car which I was advised by a mechanic that this is illegal and would fail an mot.

They offered to repair the issues or replace the car, after 3 weeks of little communication and waiting for new stock, they finally replaced the car with another corsa. The car seemed OK but within 4 months or 4k miles it had a major engine failure.

I asked them what they could do and they offered to repair the car at my expense. I paid £1695 for a car to last 4 months.

According to the consumer rights act 2015 I should be offered a repair or replacement at the traders cost or refund minus use, as it falls within the 6 months from purchase.

I am currently seeking a refund for the vehicle, hopefully through some sort of resolution.

I would not advise anyone to risk their hard earned money with braceys, they are young and not very experienced and have no idea about peoples rights or customer service.

I won't be buying any cars from this trader ever again and I would like to warn others of the risk of purchasing through this trader.

Collected my new car on Saturday, had great service from Andrew on Saturday when I came and collected the vehicle, the car was as described in the advert and the videos sent to me, excellent service when asking for information about the car from both Brad and Andrew, would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a car👍👍

This company should be avoided. They won't answer the phone or emails. They appear to not want to help solve the problem I have with the car I bought from them. They never call back when they say they will. I've now found that the gear box in the car is shot. The original problem of the rear door not opening is still not solved. I have not received the V5 from dvla after 12 weeks. Dvla have no knowledge of the purchase ever taking place. I am now looking into taking legal actuon as they are not an incredited company trading standards can't help.
