Phil and Buster were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Made the purchase of my van so easy. Honest from the start, and even money for some diesel on the way out the door. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again. 10/10 👏👏👏👏

Purchasing a van from Phil at Amavans was such a pleasant experience after having viewed several vans from other dealers beforehand. Phil was very honest and upfront from the start. His prices are very reasonable so without hesitation I made a purchase from Phil. Phil serviced and cleaned the van before collection and repaired a few minor odd bits on the van which I pointed out during the viewing. He wouldn't let the van go without the van being serviced and the issues fixed! He was very keen to keep me happy where other dealers simply didn't care. I will certainly be visiting Amavans in the future when I need another van. Many thanks Phil!

I would highly recommend AMA vans to anyone looking for an honest and reliable dealership. I recently purchased a transit custom from Phil and actually put down a holding deposit before I had seen the van. This was because I was a 3 hour drive away and only wanted to make one trip and that was to pick up the van. Phil insisted that he take videos of both inside and out to show any minor defect he could find before he would accept any form of deposit. Once I had seen them I happily said I would go ahead as the van was in the exact condition he had described but he wanted to have it serviced and a new mot before I could view to collect. Once this was done I traveled up and on arrival realised that he had repaired one of the defects on the van as a courtesy as he wasn’t happy to sell it without it done. I was then left to view the van and test drive without any pressure. When I agreed to purchase the van and was sorting out my insurance for the journey home, Phil even paid for my Dartford crossing so that I wouldn’t forget and get a ticket. While this may not have been at a great cost to the company I think it shows the character and honesty in a dealership that you rarely find. Overall a great experience.

Outstanding customer service here. Phil was extremely honest about the van I purchased and was even keen to make sure I drove off with a van in its best condition by servicing it and valeting the van before handing me the keys. Phil even went the extra mile and did the brakes also. Highly recommended I no if the time comes for an upgrade amavans will be my first place to look

I Recently bought a Van from Amavans.
My initial visit was just to look at my options. I took a friend who has 30 years experience in motor vehicle engineering.
All the staff there allowed us to look over several vans for as long as we wanted. They didn’t bother us with any selling talk, just gave us sets of keys and let us do our thing.
Having looked at vans in other dealerships and some selling privately, we went back a couple of weeks later.
I was able to take a lengthy test drive and again spend plenty of time looking over the Van.
My friend also spoke to two of the engineers who worked there during the two visits and he was impressed by their depth of knowledge.
They have a large set up here and the servicing area is impressive.
I then decided on the Van I was interested in buying and spoke to Phil.
He explained all the work that would be undertaken in their garage prior to collection.
Phil and his staff rectify any issues so that you collect a sorted vehicle. My Van had new suspension top mounts all round, new front shocks and drop links, new timing chain and water pump plus a full service.
I collected it a few days ago and I am extremely happy with the Van.
The whole experience of dealing with Amavans was as good as it could be at every stage.
I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a Van.
I can’t imagine dealing with a better bunch of people.

Had a great experience buying a Ford Ranger from Phil and the team. First of all was a no-pressure look around, we were just left to get on, no pushy sales or giving us a load of sales nonsense. We had a think and agreed a sale. It turned out there was an issue with the reversing sensor and a light on the dashboard. Phil wouldn't let the vehicle come to me without these issues being fixed and he did so, which I understand needed quite a bit of ad-blue related work in the end, but Phil wanted the vehicle to be right. They then delivered the vehicle for me and it was great. A couple of moths later a minor sensor issue arose and Phil had no quibbles about getting the truck back in, fixing the sensor and providing me a courtesy van for a couple of days, even making a contribution for my fuel to get it there. I have had a completely positive experience with Amavans and would 100% recommend them for customer service and being straight to deal with which is a priority for me. Thanks Phil, hopefully deal with you again some time.

Big thanks to Phil at Amavans . This was a replacement van as my old workhorse van wasn’t ulez compliant. I was very nervous as had never brought a vehicle myself, ( always had someone else to check things out)
Phil put my mind at rest, I felt completely reassured, there was no pressure to buy, the van I purchased came with rac cover, cleaned & serviced, delivered to my door, 40 odd miles away, drove my little old one away with the promise that if I did have any problems amavans would sort them out. All in all a very positive experience. Would definitely recommend.
