Jay was highly professional and courteous not to mention flexible as well as friendly...everything needed when buying a new used car. 3 vehicles were sold that day!! Drove home with a new car the same day. Highly recommend Farmhouse Motors to anyone seeking to purchase a new used vehicle.

Spoke to Jay about a secondhand Volvo. Car was posted the night before on Autotrader and had a fair bit of interest. Good condition, well priced with low mileage. After speaking to Jay and receiving a walk around video via WA I decided to pay a holding deposit. Jay then got the car on a wagon and it was outside my house that afternoon! Payment was transferred after I’d given the car the once over. Car was clean, in decent condition with all required paperwork, has run well since. Only issue was two rear parking sensors which Jay himself pointed out and offered to fit- as I wanted the car sooner he ordered and posted to me directly so I could sort. Would definitely recommend.

We contacted Jay on a Sunday afternoon regarding a car I had found on Autotrader and he was due to close at 5.00pm but he agreed to stay available to us up to 7.00pm. We arrive and he did not rush us allowing us to take the time to look and ask questions regarding the car, he also offered us a test run. We could not have asked anymore and arrange to come back at 8.30 am next day, on arrival Jay was waiting for us plus all paperwork laid out ready for us including the warranty. At all times he concentrated on us and made us feel comfortable. This was followed up within a week we had the registration, plus warranty for the car.
We have brought many cars over the years and never had such a good service. We would recommend him with no hesitation and can say with confidence you will get an excellent service.

An excellent transaction! I travelled to view the car before buying and was able to inspect the car at my leisure. It was exactly as described and I wasn't under any pressure to buy. Jay was quick to answer my queries and was efficient and courteous throughout. Altogether, a very pleasant purchase experience.

Bought a little mini from Jay for my daughter to learn to drive. I was clear I wanted, as far as possible, to buy a reliable car for her. So Jay changed discs and brake pads before he delivered the car over the Christmas period. So far we've been delighted with the mini and service we've received from Farmhouse Motors. It was easy to extend the warranty period and the car was very fairly priced. Jay also helped by recommending and sourcing specific learner insurance companies and was so organised with all the paperwork and documents. I have already recommended Jay to other Mums who find themselves looking for that very important first car.
