I purchased a fiesta for my daughter a couple of weeks ago now, the car is in excellent condition, low mileage and really did have a full service history (unlike other dealers cars). I was left alone to look around the car without any hard sell and given the keys for a test drive. The car was priced similar to other same aged fiesta’s in the area but with much better condition and history so offered great value for money. Dan provided all answers to my queries with detailed records he had to hand. I would strongly recommend Kent car centre for their cars and service.

It's always a dreading experience looking for a second hand car as there's a lot of snakes around that lie through their teeth and sell you a bag of parts or pressure you into buying instantly! These guys however, were not invasive at all, let you look around the car on your own, start it up etc and if I had any questions I'd go back in the office and ask, I had a test drive on my first visit and talked further on the car then went off on my way with no pressure.

I was going to part exchange my car at the time and was given a good price but on his test drive the car went into limp mode which was very embarrassing since it hadn't happened for a year and made me look like I was taking them for fools, I wasn't but still felt so guilty as they'd been nothing but helpful to me so once again I apologise.

However I then came back and bought the car and haven't looked back since. When I buy my next car I'll definitely come back. Thanks for your great service!

Called in on the off chance after looking at a few cars at various local dealer. Found what I was after - a Skoda Yeti tucked in the corner. Arranged a test drive and decided it was what I wanted. Dan ran through the buying process - MOT, warranty, service etc and all was good. Picked car up after a couple of days with brand new MOT, full service, (they fitted new front discs and pads as well). I paid the extra for full years warranty on major parts (my choice), and drove away happy. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Kent Car Centre at all - very helpful, not pushy in any way. There was a scratch on the rear panel/petrol cap which they agreed to fix and the paint job was done to a 1st class standard. I noticed a small dent on front wing when I got car home and I'm sure they would have done it had I pointed it out earlier but that's down to me not spotting it.

Superb after sales care. We bought a 2013 Ford Fiesta a couple of months ago from Kent Car Centre. I have been meaning to put this review up earlier. The car developed a problem with the gear box very soon after we bought it and became periodically undrivable. I am positive that the problem was not one to which Kent Car Centre had been aware. Immediately they did everything they could to remedy the situation and find the problem, which being intermittent was not easy to do. They travelled 50 miles to pick up the car immediately and brought it back as soon as the exploratory work was done and the problem fixed. These things happen, and it was the after sales care that mattered. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. The car has since (touch wood!) been a pleasure to own.

Whilst everyone here has been friendly and helpful, I can now say after a month of owning my car how little I trust this place. Bought a car that is getting on a bit and high mileage so I knew there would be a few problems down the line, however when a separate company tells you that you shouldn’t even have been sold the car in this state, its something to bear in mind. On buying the car I signed an “unroadworthy vehicle sales invoice” which seemed odd at the time, yet the friendly people here will tell you it’s just the standard process for cars bought that had come from a part exchange…look it up online, its not. Also lied and told me they had done a service, only to find out they hadn’t, excessive amounts of sealant on the engine which makes me question what work was actually done to my car. Problems still persist. Now trying to go through the warranty I paid out for with my car (which KCC will not fix themselves they tell you to go elsewhere!) to get everything sorted. Sure…buy a car from this place, they’ll be more than happy to help, but just beware that everything might not be what it seems (:

I would highly recommend Kent Car Centre, I brought my first car with them and got the care package. Amazing service, fully explained everything and answered all my questions.

I also opted to get the my car delivered to my home, again another great services provided from the staff.

Recently visited the team here and purchased a used car. Got to say I am impressed with the customer service. Good team front of house, who are quick to respond, seem genuine and helpful. Team in the workshop similarly helpful.
(Only critique is that they're not closer to where I live! But worth the journey)
