I recently purchased a Honda CRV MK Motors which I was very pleased with. I was given a 3 month warranty to cover any problem not classed as wear and tear. After approximately 6 weeks a warning light came on the dashboard. I enquired about being reimbursed for the costs of, initially having the fault code read and was ensured that I would be compensated for this. I found the cheapest garage to complete the diagnostic check and then attempted to contact MK Motors. My calls were ignored for sometime, after messaging them numerous times I received a message asking for my sort code and account number. Following giving this information to them, I have received no compensation and any attempts to contact them have been ignored.
I feel very let down and disappointed with this service and would not recommend them.

If you could leave 0 stars I would. Very rude owners and extremely dodgy having adverts with different company names and at different prices. Saying cars are in good condition when they are in bad condition. And the owners are not trustworthy. I warn you it's a waste of time even going to look!

Not a legitimate company. Arranged to pick up a car, never turned up, never called. Lied to us, then blanked phone calls. Total waste of time, leaving us angry and out of pocket. Not to be trusted or dealt with under any circumstances.

BEWARE!!! Don’t buy a car here. I paid £18400 for a Mercedes that turned out to not only be an ex TAXI but also has had the mileage tampered with. They are now ignoring my calls and messages. I will be contacting the authorities regarding this fraud.
