The first time I used them they told me the part I ordered had arrived and when I drove all the way there to get it, turns out it was damaged so I drove home again empty handed.

The second time I used this dealership they messed up the rental car whilst mine was in for a service by giving me one with no petrol in it. Kept me waiting around for 45 minutes making me late for work.

The third time I used them they fitted a part incorrectly on my car and damaged the interior. They have ignored all email correspondence for nearly 2 months and never call me back after I speak to someone on the phone.

I've used this dealership 3 times and had problems each time.

Booked a test drive, told them we were driving 2 hours to see them, and even called up the day before the viewing to check that it was still available. On the morning, after driving 2 hours, they told us the car was sold that very morning. They had our phone number, they claimed to have tried calling us that morning, but said that our number was engaged. There was not a single missed call or voicemail on the phone, and we had not called the phone all morning.

Just bought a second-hand car from Buckingham & Stanley. We dealt with Jim who was very friendly and helpful. On viewing the car we had asked if they could check on a few points in readiness for collection and these had all been dealt with as promised. The car was immaculate when we collected it and all the paperwork was in order. My thanks to both Andrew and Jim for their patience and professionalism. They sold me a 9-5 estate. It is an amazing car and the service was excellent. Would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Saab car.

My other half bought a Subaru Outback from here a year ago, the salesman who sold her the car was great, no pushy tactics like I have experienced elsewhere, just a genuine nice guy who was happy to help and also he actually new about the car he was selling where as in the past at other dealers I have had salesman trying to sell me something where I new a lot more about the vehicle then they did! The car had its first service a year later and the staff here are very helpful and polite! I have a 2003 Subaru Legacy that had an error on the drive over which Subaru were happy to quickly pull in to their workshop the same day to quickly diagnose the issue and offered advice on what I should do next. Would highly recommend!
