Bought my car here and after a month the car started having problems and throwing check engine codes.
The person managing my car/warranty is conveniently never around when I call.

I have since contacted my finance company and they are sending a formal complaint

AVOID. Buy private or from a respectable dealership with good warranty

I am in love with my lovely car. I literally cannot stop looking at it! I went to Kent Motoring World the other week and it was 4pm. I test drove my little beauty and bought it and by 5.30 pm it was sat looking sexy on my driveway. The staff were friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. It was particularly nice to see a lady serving. My service went to plan and I just can’t fault it. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality motor and a first class customer care team. Thank you!!

Saw the car I wanted on their website - low mileage, great price. Drove to Kent to view and test drive. Friendly and honest people. Love the car and now, a month later, I'm happy with my decision to buy from these guys. Many thanks.

Absolute awful customer service
I'm ready to buy, but needed finance on last 20% of a 7k car.
Contacted them by email, was told in no uncertain way "first we sort your finance, then you can test drive the car. This is our procedure" i asked if i could come and see it before that and was told very clearly no! The most backwards sales approach ever.
They had no idea and asked no questions about my circumstance. Have lost a sale i am ready to buy in Jan. AVOID.

KMW were very helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I purchased a great car and am very happy with the service I received.
