Please don't waste your time getting a vehicle delivered from this place.. Go and check out the vehicle if you do intend to buy. Only got pictures of the car the day before delivery.

I had a Golf GTE Delivered arrived with no working air condition, no sat nav (previously checked and said it had and advertised with it), Its a plug in hybrid but fault lights on the car and charger when plugged in so didn't work and whole point in getting this vehicle..

I refused the car and £180 delivery charge down the drain not even some compromise given the delivery driver said it only cost £50 in fuel to get here and back...

Car re-advertised the next day! Sounds like this has happened before.. Some of the guys are lovely to deal with shame the end product was no good. Ash need to sort it out.. a few pre delivery checks would be great..

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.

As stated on our website, we offer a free delivery service within a 25 mile radius, from this point we charge £1 a mile but only charge one way - this covers the cost of the my drivers wage, fuel & possible train journey back to Dartford. It was also made clear this is non refundable - the other option is you could arrange to view the vehicle at our showroom which you chose not to.

On return of the vehicle we had checked and confirmed the air con was actually working, the vehicle was never advertised as having Sat Nav but the charging point admittedly was not working - since then we replaced the battery and have since resold it to another customer who is delighted with the vehicle.

On delivering you the vehicle we also offered to rectify the issues highlighted at our cost which you refused.

The car was requested to be delivered at 11am on Friday 24/6/22 as I had to leave at 5pm for an event.. The Car turned up very late in the end 4pm.

This gave me very little time to view and make a decision on the vehicle as there were a number of faults and not as advertised as verified by the driver (all recorded) who delivered the vehicle. I did not want to risk further time and costs into the thousands to rectify the issues by way of replacement battery or charger, re-gassing the air-conditioning or seeing an alternative sat nav device one of my key criteria in choosing the car.

I doubt very much you replaced the hybrid battery given its £8k and a big job also under warranty for 8 years (2016 car) with VW. The onboard 12v battery was fine.. Also you had it back on the market the next day 25/6/22. The Granny charger was the issue which you said couldn't be resolved until your workshop opened on the 27/6/22. I emailed to see if it had been resolved no response. Phoned and no answer..

So yes I refused the car after 3 key points;

1) No working air conditioning the driver said he had to have the windows down on the way.. Again the driver tried to get it to work nothing warm air.

2) I checked and asked if there was satnav confirmed over the phone and and on the Advert stating there was but no sat nav even over sms made a point of saying "thanks for confirming sat nav" to avoid any ambiguity. Unless your now saying I am a liar

3) the hybrid battery wouldn't charge red fault lights on the car and the charger, again your driver tried to resolve but no good..

All of this is not acceptable not as advertised and no I was not willing to waste more of my own time and money to get resolved.

I have bought several cars remotely a lot further than your location no issues at all.

Happy revisit the review If I am compensated towards the £180 that was wasted.

Bought a car of the car at those 10 days ago there was a little problem nothing to probably do with the garage I spoke to Ash pick the car up the next morning got it all sorted I dropped it back that evening so anyone that says this garage is second-class think again the service was fantastic I would go back there again thank you very much

Just bought a Toyota pro ace from these guys, I dealt with Johnny and Ashley and both a pleasure to deal with, Happy for my mechanic to inspect the vehicle for me, open to sensible friendly negotiations over price, plus Johny gave me a courtesy call after the sale to see if I was happy or needed any extra help with tax and log books etc, also without asking said he’d replace the handbrake button that was missing, that me my mechanic and them hadn’t noticed, I also mentioned the central locking wasn’t working with key button so I’ll have to get the battery replaced, of which he said no I’ll get that sorted too, only small things but great customer service offering to sort even though sale was done

First class service from start to finish - after seeing my chosen vehicle on the website I phoned the showroom with a few questions which were quickly and accurately answered. The transaction was handled smoothly and efficiently and I was delighted to be able to take advantage of the delivery service and warranty scheme. My new car was with me within a few days, with my previous car taken away in part-exchange. Despite my initial reservations about buying a car on-line and without a viewing at a showroom first, my new car was exactly as described and seen on the website with no unpleasant surprises, in fact if anything, it surpassed my expectations. This place defines aftercare and customer service. Although things went wrong initially I have never had such a positive experience from a car dealer. I was concerned buying off the internet, Ash is just a class act. A man of his word, dedicated, understanding and actually cares, not something you normally get with second hand car dealers.

The car I now have from them is perfect, mechanically and cosmetically excellent so far and I know if anything goes wrong one phone call will sort it.

I honestly cannot praise this Ash and this garage enough and can only say you can be assured buying from them contains no risk. Highly recommended.

I have just bought me second car from this garage… the guys that work there I.e Ashley and Arther are really good guys they are honest , genuine and always there to help you when you need it, I would recommend this showroom to anyone when buying a car. They will go out of there way to get what you want, thank you guys for helping me with my car
