Picked up a Fiesta ST today. The boys were great. Chilled atmosphere , not the stereotypical forced sales process that many people will experience at other dealers.

Drove from Reading to collect the car when there were plenty others near me, which speaks volumes. Took my car as a trade in and handled everything, was in and out with a new car within 30 minutes!

Picked up my new ST2 today.

Customer service from the guys A*. Not like most dealers, both took time to chat and take a proper interest in your life and why your choosing that specific car. Absolute gents the pair of them.

The car is spot on exactly as described. I recommend these guys 110% they have some smart smart cars and great prices.

Bought a Ford Fiesta ST-2, Had great experience with this team. Horrible experience, don’t bother wasting your time. The guy I spoke to who’s name was Jayden I think was very dismissive and unbothered. He missed 2 phone calls he himself had asked to schedule after my initial enquiry with basic questions on the cars history. He then discloses later on the car only has 2 service stamps across 13 years and somehow his price is justified. Autotrader where he listed the car values this differently. Anyway when it comes to discussing price, within 5 seconds he loses interest without me even making an offer. Apparently he was not interested in negotiating, fair enough… but advertise your cars properly to not waste people’s time. Basic customer skills lacking- other reviews are pretty good so not sure if he was just having a bad day
