We were very pleased with our experience purchasing a car with Caffyns. Communication was prompt, from setting up the test drive to answering follow up questions as they popped up, and we found James and Richard very helpful and easy to work with. The deal we got on our car was very competitive, as it was on par with some of the more basic models of the same vehicle we had looked at elsewhere. Couldn't be happier with the service and care we received, and are happy to recommend the business to others.

100/10 experience at this place! Could not have had a better experience buying a car anywhere else. Mick is one of the most helpful people I have ever encountered with anything. He went above and beyond working until 10pm for me, aswell as trying to fix / resolve any requests I had. Mick was everything I could have to ever asked in a salesman. He wasn’t out for your money, he has everybodys best interests at heart. A true Hero in the motor trade.

If you ever need a car, used or new. Caffyns Motorstore is 1000% an amazing choice i’m sure you will not regret.

Mick and Callum were both extremely helpful and efficient! I’m delighted with the car.

The only reason I didn’t give five stars is that when I collected it it wasn’t very clean and the parcel shelf attachment which they promised would be mended was still broken. Callum soon fixed it with some superglue and the car will be dirty within a week anyway.

So really I think Caffyns were excellent.

Callum was absolutely amazing I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman, he was so helpful and supportive and ensured my car was perfect for me! The customer service I received from Callum was exemplary. On enquiring about an Audi, and as I am not local, he took the time to send me an detailed video of the car. I purchased the car and travelled down to collect it and Callum was thorough and a pleasure to deal with. One of the best car buying experiences.

Let the buyer beware.

I purchased an eight thousand pounds car in February 2020. It suffered electrical faults almost immediately and due to covid lock down my warranty expired. It was off the road for over seven months. I sent emails and called the customer service line but the manager said he didn't know about the issue. The car was sent back in first two weeks but due to covid the site locked down, understandable.

So late last year I get vehicle back on the road after much expense. The guy who sold me the car made a courtesy call to see how the car was and I told him the story, he said I'll ask my manager if we can do anything, silence.

I put a one star review and the manager calls saying he didn't know despite me sending emails, calls and speaking to the salesman who sold me the car.

I'm told by the manager he is disappointed he wasn't told despite at least three different people being informed at the site. He goes on to say he considers each customer family and offers me a free service.

The clutch and gearbox then fails and both need replacing, manager of sales informed. He then sends email saying they will hold service until I need it.

He could have offered some help in reduced rates for repairs as he was told the car has only been drivable for only a few months since I bought it.

The car has been on the road for about six months since purchase. They knew about all problems I had with car (I have proof of each email and call in case they want to dispute).

An eight thousand pound car has cost me nearly eleven thousand pounds.

Whoever said "let the buyer beware" was probably bleeding from the wallet.

Please, no one from caffyns call me, I just won't believe you.

Update 12.06.21 if you are negative they respond to review with a message to contact them, they do nothing when you do. This has happened twice now.

Run Run Run unless you like taking risks with your money.
