Picked my new car up yesterday, my experience with Automotive was fantastic, got a great deal and was dealt with in a very helpful, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and importantly, not pushy way! all the staff was well mannered and made it very simple and stress free for me to make my purchase. I have bought my cars here for years for myself my partner and parents and I've always had first class service ! I would highly recommend them . I change my car a lot as I get bored and if they don't have what I want next, the friendly staff will go out of the way to get it . I wouldn't car shop anywhere else 5* from me !

Picked up my car yesterday and i havent stopped smiling.John is literrally the best out there. He looks after you from when you first enquire till you get those keys and no matter what the circumstance if he says his gonna have you in a car by a certain date, you better believe it. He even went out his way to find me the car I want, and get it delivered from london!!! His litertally the nicest guy and his genuine as well. The BMW I purchased came with full MOT and service, BMW FSH, Low Millage and drives like a brand new car. I would %100 recommed Automotive 102 to anyone looking for a great car as well as great service. TOP MAN John Thanks Again!!!!

Seriously recommend to all not to go here. Service has been awful. Purchased a vehicle in October 1st 2016, issues such as faulty seatbelt and no SD card provided for vehicle Sat Nav. Trading standards involved since December 2016. Ongoing investigation - refund or compensation the only outcomes now. Paid Cash in full to be told SD card is not available when previous to payment told they dont leave them in the vehicle. Told numerous tales since. And as for 3 months warranty, pickups and dropoffs etc, they will find so many excuses not to follow the process, when thats what they sell to you before payment.

Dear all, I have bought Toyota in 2016. Vehicle price was £13K and got finance with Black Horse. When finance agreement documents has arrived, the purchase price was £15K, which means I was overpaying APR and I lost car purchase invoice. Luckily found few months ago and contacted automotive102. Mr. John very kindly responded and has made an offer. He has refunded what I overpaid plus gave some extra!! The real true is: they are looking after customers. I'd say - the most honest trade people I have ever met. Great manners and fantastic people. Excellent attitude from John and the team. Big thank you!!

First time dealing with Automotive 102 and it has been a good experience. As they claim, they do not pressure sell. I went in had a chat about the car I wanted, agreed a deal if I chose to proceed. Shook hands and left. No follow up calls no contact at all. I looked around for a week and eventually looked at another car at a well known car supermarket. What a contrast, push push push. It might work on some,, not me. I told them where to place the very poor deal they offered and that afternoon went back to Automotive and bought their car. I will not hesitate to recommend them and use them again myself in the future.

Bought a car form them at the end of January 2019, unfortunately it developed a minor electrical fault in the first week. Informed Chris who immediately arranged for it to be seen to, they provided a courtesy car whilst ours was being looked at. In the end the fault was fully rectified, we kept the courtesy car for all of this time and we were kept informed of what was going on with our car. The service we got was 110%, probably better than what any main dealer would provide, they will be my first port of call when we eventually change this car
