I bought my first car from this company on 07/08/2017. A silver clio, 43k miles on it, couldnt believe my luck, the car was over priced at £1k. Even so I went to view the car on the 7th and from my test drive and having a look at the car ( I have no knowledge of cars) I really thought I had found a decent car, they wouldnt accept a lower price and had said a week previous the car had a full MOT with no defects or advisories.. so I bought it. Within 2 week the car had started to show some issues, would need me to turn the key back and forth a few times to get the car to turn on, the braking was weak and had an awful grinding sound, the tracking was out and the car was pull to the left with force, after 3 weeks the ABS light and SERV had come on, and the brakes were terrible. I had taken the car to a local garage, they advised i probably needed new ABS rings which would be £197 all in. I was devastated, when I went back to collect the car, they asked me where I had found this car and was or had it been MOT'ed. I advised where I bought it and the MOT was from 01/08/2017. The mechanic and MOT technician looked at me very worried. They advised the wheel bearings in the two back wheels where holding on for dear life, and the condition under the car was rusted that bad it would be classed as not road worthy. They also advised my two front tyres had had bad repairs done on them, and also that there was an electrical fault where someone had messed around with the computer in the car (was automatic) and had messed around with the mileage, they believed the car to have done nearer 100k and had advised there would have been an advisory list that the car would have passed on. They mentioned they believed the car had been sitting in a deep puddle or shallow following river with how rusted and damaged the undernearth of the car was.

I called Made Easy Cars the moment I received this information, as soon I mentioned dodgy MOT and the clock being taken back and that I would be informing the police, they advised me to bring the car back and they would issue a full refund. When i returned the car back on the 09/09/2017 they didnt even bother looking at the car, it was like they knew exactly how they tried to fob me off with an unsafe car. Big lesson learnt from me and I would advised anyone and everyone to stay away from this place.

Now I have bought second car from them Toyota Corolla another wonderful Car both of the cars comes with in house warranty.

I found them really hard working and honest always available to help you rarely found in this business - Highly Recommended.

Absolutely wonderful company to deal with-Hard working and honest. It was a pleasure dealing with them in what is always that nervous time when one has to choose a second hand car. The description was, if anything, too negative for what is a really lovely car. So that is further proof of the integrity of these lovely people. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a second hand car.

Amazing service here. Bought my first car and it is lovely. We realised when I was about to drive home there was a minor issue with the radio, which was that it kept beeping. I said I would have a look online to see if I could find a simple resolution on line, but it seemed like an issue that sometimes has happened to people but not one that i could fix myself. They invited me back to have a look and couldn't fix it so referred me to a local car electrician who fixed the problem for me and the Made Easy cars paid for this and were so kind and helpful in this process I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Perfect place to buy a used car, I feel so lucky to of found them selling the perfect car for me.

I bought a Ford Focus from Made easy cars few months back, already am running to service stations every month for one or another problem. Communication bus is broken, engine belt are weak enough that needs immediate replacement, Breaks and suspensions are bad. Since I needed the car in hurry relied on their feedback on the car condition, but turned out they lied. Absolutely untrustworthy car dealer. Stay away

I bought a car from these guys (well Kamrul really!) a few weeks back, so it's still early days in terms of the car but so far, I couldn't be happier. I found the buying process very relaxed, Kamrul wasn't pushy or like a typical 'used car salesman' at all. I went to see the car twice before buying and he was very accommodating and patient. On my way out I met a returning customer who told me she was trading in a car that she had bought here and for another of their cars and said she would keep coming back as they always looked after her well.
Within days of buying the car my next door neighbour went into the back of my car when they were pulling out and damaged my rear bumper. Kamrul suggested a local bodywork specialist who fixed it very nicely and quickly (which the neighbour paid for thankfully).
The car itself is in good condition externally, a bit grubby internally, but low mileage for the age and has been reliable able steady so far, no surprises. So, so far so good!

Bought a 7-seater from Made Easy Cars - got a decent price - realised one brake light and one key not working after purchase and they were happy to fix. Friendly and pleasant to deal with.
