I was looking for a car and found this dealer very good indeed. They have a good selection of cars and I bought a fiat 500L and so far I am very happy with the purchase. On my first visit Max showed us around and he was very polite and answered all my questions. He was not at all pushy. When I went to pick up the car I dealt with Neal who once again could not have been more helpful. So that is why I have given this dealer 5 stars.

We were able to browse the good range of cars and were given the information we needed without any pressure to buy. When we did decide on our chosen car the transactions were easy and we were give a fair price in a part exchange deal. We picked our car up a week later and we are pleased with our purchase. The salesman was courteous and helpful throughout. We would defiantly use Low Cost Cars again.

I chose to buy my car from Low Cost Cars because after searching for a beetle for weeks and having some nad experiences with dealers i found Neil at Low Cost Cars to be very helpful. As I live 1.5 hours away I emailed to ask questions and they got back to me straight away answering everything I asked. When we got there they we friendly and made my dad and I feel at ease straight away. The beetle is also the best example of one we have seen whilst searching so I would definitely recommend Low Cost Cars if you are looking for a good deal on a decent car sold by dealers you can trust to be honest and friendly!! Only brought this car 3 months ago. I think it's fair to leave this bad review as I have brought a ford focus from low-cost cars bobbing apparently serviced nothing wrong with it. And all I have had is problems costing me a total of £700. And can do nothing for me. Am fuming and would not recommend.only brought this car like I said

Superb experience with a recent purchase, Max was incredibly helpful and accomodating, we were incredibly impressed with the professionalism and care taken with both ourselves and the vehicle, which I might add was well prepped and serviced prior to arrival. Would highly recommend and Max and the staff were superb!
