Fantastic customer service from honest people. Ashley was superhelpful. We paid a deposit and for reasons undisclosed (ours not RMSS Automotives) we were unable to complete our purchase. Ashley refunded our deposit even though we were expecting to lose it. Would have no hesitation in dealing with this company again. Thank you

We were looking for a first car for one of our children. RMSS had the perfect car for sale that suited our needs.
Nothing was too much trouble for them. They went the extra mile to make sure the car was perfect. It was, spotless and freshly serviced and MOT'd.
I'd happily recommend RMSS to anyone. definitely 5 stars. .

I just bought a Discovery 4 and have to say from the start, I got 1st class customer sevice! Max and Ashley are so friendly and polite, never felt rushed in anyway and nothing was to much trouble, I got a good price for my px car. Am so happy with my Discovery 4 and even had a small problem and they pulled out all the stops for me with no question asked they sorted it straight away! Am so glad I went to Rmss automotive they are so honest and trustworthy guys , I wish I lived closer, I would use there garage a young lad called luke works in the garage hes a sound lad and he knows his stuff.

Went here last week to look at a Golf - didn’t buy in the end as my car wasn’t quite worth as much as I needed it to be but a very honest garage. Spent time showing me how they came to the valuation & gave me a good steer on what I could do next. Wouldn’t think twice about coming back again when the time is right. 👍🏻

Couldn't do enough to make sure the car was in tip top order and were kind enough to deliver the car. Would highly recommend Max and Ashley if you're looking for another vehicle.

Bad service. Viewed a car which had a few issues and RMSS agreed to sort ready for us to collect the following weekend along with a service and MOT. Saturday our day of collection came round and as I hadn’t heard anything from the garage as promised, I just thought I would double check everything was good to go before we set off and travelled an hour and a half to collect the vehicle only to receive a reply to say the vehicle wasn’t ready as they were waiting on a part, good job we didn’t set off as planned!!! I replied immediately to ask when it would be ready and didn’t receive a reply so I then had to ring them off my own back on Monday morning for an update, to be told hopefully the part would be in by the end of the week but all the other issues raised were fixed and other than this one ‘part’ the car was good to go. Arranged to have the car delivered at the end of the week but again the day came and the car wasn’t ready.
Completely understand deliveries don’t always go to plan and problems arise but the lack of communication and updates from RMSS was absolutely shocking and completely put us off buying the vehicle.

Purchased a vehicle here few weeks back. Seller was polite non pressuring and happy to answer questions ect.
I arranged viewing via phone as so not to be disappointed upon arrival which was not too much trouble. Happy to talk me through its quirks and charms. ie foot parking brake (I was used to elec or hand brake). Happily took my old busted car in px and received a fair price.
Small deposit to hold vehicle also does finance but didn't use that.
Car came with full s.h and a additional service upon purchase with full MOT and a AA inspection.
Very happy with my purchase so far car is running a dream no faults no issues and very happy with everything thanks guys. 👍 2009 Kia carens 2.0cdti
