After some really bad experiences with auto electricians, we finally found these guys - who have been nothing but a dream. They fixed the front module of our Renault van, and our wipers fast and efficiently all whilst keeping us informed. The receptionist Eliza was such a pleasure to deal with! Thank you KAP!

Recently bought my 308 GTI (which I’m thoroughly in love with) from KAP Folkestone and received professional and friendly service from Harry White. Lovely, genuine salesperson who was honest from the start and works to please his customers. Great communication, and a well organised purchase to handover experience.
Without hesitation I would recommend Harry and the dealership.

I support a friend with the purchase of his first car. We researched small and economical cars within the surrounding areas/towns and cities. We looked at the internet and garages. We chose to purchase his chosen car from a garages as you get the security that the car will be road worthy with no hidden issue. When entering negations with the sales person, who, very quickly made it abundantly clear that there was “No” negotiations to be had. There was no wiggle room with the price, even though this garages had over priced it. When price compering with, the Parker guide and auto trader the price was over priced double to the recommended guide price. When trying to enter a discussion around the price the sales person/manager? “ Went on to tell us that he is selling his vehicle’s really quickly”. He even has a gentleman coming dawn from Scotland to pick up a car he had purchased. If you don’t buy it then someone else will”! Needles to say i was very surprised at his attitude to his customers. This sales person had no customer service skills. He was not helpful at all.

It would of been the right thing to have kept his thoughts to hisself and concentrated on the positives pointes to articulate to his customers!

if i was to give any advice when thinking of perching a vehicle from KAP, would be to please take along someone that’s got some experience in perching a vehicle. Secondly, do your research, get second opinion, right lists, ask lots of questions.

I would not recommend KAP to friends or family! I was very dissatisfied with the experience we reserved!

Had an overall very good experience - Had to wait for weeks for a car part but that's nothing to do with the branch as there are shortages. All was fixed to perfection once part arrived. Also had my MOT done - quick, efficient and they also did a nice job cleaning my car in and out. Will definitely come back if I need anything.

Although I didn't eventually buy a car from this dealership in Folkestone as I was lucky enough to source a car locally, I would just like to recommend without hesitation Alex and his colleagues for their very professional approach to selling cars: they were very polite, helpful and diligent in their efforts to arrange a sale for me. In different circumstances, I would definitely have bought from them and remain open to doing so in the future.

Bought a car in September with a year guarantee; no problem buying, salesman was helpful but after 3 months got problems with car. Went there and was told that there will be a charge for one of the problem, I was told that the software needs updating and will be charge for updating the software which they charged after updating. Very disappointed as, I was told that the car will be under warranty for a year and was sold without updating the software.
