Hertfordshire Car Sales

We bought a very clean, low mileage, Toyota Yaris from this small dealer. They had it serviced and a new MOT as well as having the rear bumper resprayed and are members of the AA approved dealer scheme so you get 1 year free roadside recovery in addition to a 3 month warranty. When we got home we could not find the owners handbook so they ordered a new one and delivered it to our home. The car is excellent and the after care has been very good. Very happy to recommend.

As an overseas buyer you have to put your trust in the seller to describe the car accurately. Car was described as “prime stock”. I did my usual online checks which confirmed the mileage and that the car had no recorded damage. When I arrived to pick up the car the first fault I noticed was that the left headlamp was full of overspray which was the same colour as the car. On closer inspection I saw that the headlamp was actually loose as it’s mountings were cracked. The bonnet had been very poorly repaired. Body filler had been lumped on and there was a crack appearing. They reluctantly gave a £100 cash refund which didn’t even half cover replacing the headlamp and I had to send it to a competent spray painter to re-paint the bonnet properly. As well as these issues there was a half flat rear tyre which I’ve since replaced and the roof blind doesn’t close.
I’ve emailed them to tell them of my disappointment and to give them a chance to make amends but they didn’t even bother replying. Overall these guys are back alley con men and are not to be trusted. Go to a proper garage and give them a miss.

Never felt pressure or forced into add ons, nice relaxed environment, friendly and efficient.

Great car in Immaculate condition as described. Downside though when we collected the car there was no fuel in it and literally running on vapour until I found a petrol station. Also, although the car had been serviced, 2 miles down the road Adblue was empty so had to purchase a 10 litre container to fill up. All that said, great attentive staff and most importantly we got the car we expected. Would definitely recommend.however, be very thorough on your collection check on the car to avoid any issues.

Total cowboys we bought a car and within the warranty period I rang to explain there was an issue but I couldn’t drive the car to them as the vibration and gear problems were so bad . Eventually just after the warranty period was over the problem was discovered by my local garage, gear box , wish bone and drive shaft. £1500 worth , rang the garage to see if they would help, they were rude obstructive, and told us never to call again, vaguely threatening, DONT BUY ANYTHING from these guys. Seem to of changed names a few times but address always the same.

Go and see vehicle beforehand as they deal through finance company's and do NOT detail any faults very misleading say one thing to company and different direct to customer nice over the phone and very rude face to face overall not a good experience whatsoever

Thanks for your reply however I was actually told by Brian that there was one scuff on one alloy not the level that was actually on the vehicle when coming to collect and rudeness was disgusting Mr Khan didn't appreciate having a key snatched out of his hand if dealing through finance company's you should really state that the gears stick as it was at that point when Mr Khan made his opinion of this that the keys were snatched good luck with the sale as its still for sale on your website 🤣 photos attached of the one scuff Brian so confidently told me about

Travelled from Sheffield to London on the train. I was reassured by Brian the salesman who said the corsa was in excellent condition apart from a scratch on one of the alloys. Brian met me at the station where I had a test drive of the car. Great car great price and a great bloke. Excellent service

Paul was an absolute gent, my wife, son and I needed to freshen up in the restroom after a long drive to which he obliged. Car was as described, didn't even need to test drive. I think most of his cars are ex-mobility which were super looked after, mine had full dealership history so drove away with confidence at quite frankly a bit of a bargain.
