AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

These cowboys are untrustworthy. Selling cars that don't function properly and then lying to customers about the car. Dealt with Mr Mohsin Ali and he's very dishonest. When you try to contact them, they don't answer their phone and block your number. Very poor service. Don't buy car from these jokers

AVOID!! Cars are not tested and the service is far from good.

Bought a second hand car and the dealer said everything was tested in 5he and the car works perfectly. Within 5 hours after the purchase the clutch and the gearbox were hardly functional. After many phone calls I finally got a hold of the dealer, explain the situation and since the car was sold to me in the last 24 hours he agreed to have it looked at and repaired if necessary. I had to drive about 2 hours to get to the repair shop he requested I should get the car to and the shop changed the clutch and some sensor after 10 days. I can understand I didn't have a booking and they were busy, so the delay didn't bother me that much.
When everything was done and I went to pick up the car I was told I actually have to pay part of the repair as the dealer capped the expenses and will only cover £500.
Obviously they did not answer any of my phone calls or texts and I had to pay the rest so I can drive away.

Bottom line.. Not a trustworthy dealership.

First impressions excellent! Having contacted the company initially, they insisted on first sending me a clear video and numerous pictures to show the condition of the BMW and it's documented service history, before even discussing the sale. They were also very upfront and honest about the minor flaw that could have easily been disguised in pictures. After subsequently discussing it and confirming my interest, they then arranged delivery, same day, and the guys that did that were friendly and happy to answer questions when they arrived at my house before completing the sale. Of course time will tell but the vehicle delivered was exactly as described, in great condition for the age and all manuals and paperwork were presented. After an initial drive this evening, the cat feels solid and smooth. Based on my experience today, these guys are simply good honest car dealers who want to deliver a quality service to the customer and cars that offer excellent value.

Great customer service, this guys are easy to deal. I called them last minute to see the car, when I get there the car was in perfectly conditions, I did the test drive and when I dicided to buy the car they helped to do all paper work in less than 20 minute.
They have done full service and MOT in the car.
Very happy with my car.
