Best experience of car dealership ever - popped in to look for a first car for my daughter, met by Duncan who was really helpful, offering advice before leaving us to look around at our leisure. Low pressure and really helpful approach. Bought a car there and then and was able to pick up just a couple of hours later. Really positive experience (which in my experience is rare when buying a car) - I would totally recommend.

I had a super experience with them. I dealt with a chap called Duncan, who was super friendly, not in the least bit pushy, and very calm even though he was extremely busy. He let us take a load of sets of keys, have a good look round all the different cars they had (which enabled us to discount some models we had been thinking about) and was very happy for us to take on a test drive.
But the real test of these places is how they deal with you when there is a problem. Kingsway were brilliant. As is often the case with "older" cars, there were a couple of post-sales snags (one of which COULD have been quite significant), but they were fully supportive and helped me through the process of getting the issues resolved. At no point did I feel that they were not helping me to get it sorted.
I think maybe the most telling thing is when we were in the office signing the final paperwork. Anotehr lady was there too, doing the same as us. She turned to me and said "this is the 3rd car I have bought from here, never had a problem".
Use these guys, you won't be sorry.
