The Car Sales Company

Brought a car with a service and MOT, service counter just reset and car has just gone through MOT £520 later and a note that the corrosion was so bad it should have been an advisory and if I had been in an accident it is unlikely that I would have survived. Dodgy MOT! They were Car Sales Direct then but still wouldn’t buy from these people

dont go near this company, keep changing name and website, recently carsales direct, bought car for £3950, 6 months later I am writing it off, looking at past history under various names and guises you should expect this from them. personally wouldnt go anywhere near any car company trading near this vista cente address

Went to look at a car that online is immaculate but got there and big scratch across door Seats badly stained not no way what was online it was 50 mins from me and bearing in mind It was a £5000 car ...
When I mentioned this the rude manager shouted at me and said well go then I don't care and basically pushed me out the door I was with my 3 year old and I was gobsmacked !!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE

I bought a car from these guys, all very amateur set up.
Promised the original. docs would be sent to me, Never arrived.
I'm sure they just buy at auction, give it a wash add a large mark up and sell on. No checks done at all. AVOID!!!

Excellent customer service, I am not familiar with cars but the gentleman guided me every step of the way, no pressure and straightforward dealing. I will be back again to buy my next car.

Bought a car from these for £2000 told there was only one problem sold me the car with no V5C told they would refund the amount to apply for a new one that was never received from them have contacted them several times and not Hurd anything back after taking it to the garage found out there was over £2000 worth of stuff that needs doing to it avoid this company and don't ever buy a car from them it's the worst company I have ever bought a car off
