Superb friendly and professional service from Ben and Chris at Cars to Go. Helped me with this beautiful Audi SQ5 which I'm absolutley over the moon with! They made the whole process very easy and stress free, and gave me lots of options to work around my circumstances. Would highly recommend to everyone locally and coming from distance. They always have amazing cars at great prices, so go and visit then spread the word!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Bought a car for my wife from Ben & Chris, they both could not do enough to help us and make sure we got the right price. Easy to speak to and also there was a few things with the car that needed body work. They did this for us FOR FREE without us asking this is all part of the service. Even after the sale of the car i called them up to ask some questions about the vehicle i forgot to ask at the time and they were more than happy to help. Even after the money was in their pocket the high quality service did not stop.

Great at selling, poor after sales service. Still waiting for a return call after speaking to them four times regarding a vehicle problem and being told they will get back to me. Called Cars to go because once the go from the forecourt they aren’t interested. Buyer beware.

I brought a Range Rover velar from these guys.. absolutely 100%! From the very first call…to me picking up the car..! Looked after me….and had a very small problem with the car which Chris sorted it out straight away.. would definitely recommend!

Dealt with Chris in order to source a car to my personal requirements. He was extremely helpful and responsive. I would have no hesitation buying from Cars to Go in the future.

Absolute cowboys. Took my car in to quote for some work. They said I needed to pay £25 for the diagnostic which would be deducted if I get the work done with them. Chased for the quote after not hearing for a week. Got told they were waiting on a price for a part. Went back 2 weeks after that to be told the person who did the quote has left and therefore they are unable to quote or do the work. They even had the cheek to say I shouldn't have waited 3 weeks to speak to them even through they made no attempt to contact me! They then refused to refund the diagnostic charge despite the fact they didn't quote and I was therefore not able to have the work done with them. Typical cowboy attitude when I asked for the refund... saying things that weren't true, making excuses and generally being augmentative and dismissive. Stay well clear!
