Purchased my car from Golden Motors about three months ago now. Very pleased with my purchase.The car is great and drives so smoothly.

I had an engine warning light come up on my dashboard in the last week which as you can imagine was quite a panic, it turned out to be a very minor issue.
Jennifer at Golden Motors was super helpful in arranging my repairs appointment, I dropped my car off the same day and it was ready to be picked up the next day. Jennifer took me through the process step by step and took her time in explaining everything to me. Great customer service and made me feel very valued as a customer.

DO NOT PURCHASE from Golden Motors.. It is a cowboy fraudulent dealership. I was sold a faulty car which I reported 20 days after purchase. I was continually told about warrenty that was not worth the paper it was written on and was spoken circles around by Jo! Not a reputable business, absolutely no morals or good business conduct! I would advise going anywhere but here.. If you don't believe me.. Google their name with reviews after and you will see all the HORROR stories.. Thank you later.

My car was delivered to my work place free of charge and all the buying process was completed online and it was all done so easily I didn’t even need to stress about anything. Joe was communicating fully throughout it all. It was also my birthday and in the car they had left a cute card from the team with flowers, great attention to detail from Golden Motors. My younger sister will be coming your way after having seen my car and knowing of the experience.

A huge thanks to this wonderful company and the their sales team. One little tip make sure you prebook, I randomly walked in due to being local, but they still were happy to help out and squeeze me into their schedule! I ended up buying a new Mini Cooper and so so sooo happy with it.

Avoid buying a vehicle from these guys as they are absolutely very unhelpful after buying a car. Please do read this if you want to avoid any stress and issues. I went to view a car as they said, appointments only in which I have booked and went to view a car costing 18k knowing that you'd buy something not to old and not to new with low mileage from a dealer for a peace of mind also taking their word by them lot telling me service history can be found online as I went online the car didn't even have any service history past 3 years. In reality they got the car ready and hidden all the issues with it as when I was test driving the car shown no issues and nothing was noticeable and the car drove perfect as the car was already warm and shown no signs of problems. However after purchasing paying a good few thousands of deposit and rest of it with their finance options the following morning I started having issues with the car and it will not start after few attempts. Therefore I called up Golden Motors and spoken to Joe who told me to go through warranty which I was not pleased with and also told me what could be the fault to with no hesitation. I took it to my AA local approved garage and told me the car could have so many issues and warranty will may not cover certain parts and will need stripping down and reject the car whilst I can. I went for a reject as I am with "The Consumer Right Acts 2015" as I can reject the goods having being faulty within 30 days as I have raised this the first week and also let the Finance know as they have sorted this for me. As I went back to them they have been soo unprofessional and have such immature aggressive body language towards me in which I head to deal with the Finance company which took me good 7 months to come to an agreement to get my full refund back in which I did! They are nice to you before purchasing the car after going back to them they have been a pain! Make sure you have enough evidence to back your argument as they will cover their backsides as they are con artists and as vulnerable customers we don't know their trade very well and wouldn't think to cover our backs and trust them. Luckily after me doing my own findings and spending time and building evidence worked out a favour but these guys are very smart on what they are doing, hopefully they see my review and fix up! No one deserves such stress that I went through. These guys are not worth even a star so take my word and advise go and spend your money somewhere else. I visited the dealership yesterday and the assistant I got was 10/10. Joe helped me from A to Z and answered all questions and very welcoming. Trust the photos the cars are exactly as described. Thank you for everything. Loving my new car 🙌

The way I was greeted and welcomed by Joe was excellent. He had my car ready from A to Z. Honestly can’t praise Joe Enough for everything he did. Pleasant deal from start to finish and environment plus showroom in general was lovely 😊
