DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
They sold my sister an insurance write off car. When she asked whether it had been in an accident they said no. They did not re register the car with the DVLA. The car was delivered late at night with only one key that does not work The car has broken down immediately as the CAS (Car access system) has failed. The key provided signal is so weak that it can't be used to fix the problem. The owners do not pick their phone up to numbers of previous customers. They do not answer emails either. They are total CROOKS and need to be shamed. The warranty is worth NOTHING so do not be fooled.
If i could put zero stars I would.

Sold myself and brother a car which had was an unrecorded write off. Another dealer was able to check and supplied us images of the cars previous damage which they had access to. Obviously this dealer does not carry out background checks of their cars prior to putting it on sale. We were also travelling from manchester and asked if the car had any damage to which the reply was none. However, upon arrival there was graffiti scratched on the window, bumps and dents all around the car almost on every panel. We also asked the salesman how many previous owners. He lied right to our faces and said 1. However, once we received the V5C it said 6!!! It is also worth noting they are a sales agent and sell cars for other people. It is not a dealership and they operate out of a disused run down muddy office car park. If you are considering buying a car - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Don't touch them with a barge pole!!! They sold me virtually a garden shed on wheels, three if those wheels had bold tyres which I later found out were advisories on the MOT, which was only valid for seven months. They offered me £150 to replace them but never sent the money. The car was filthy inside on arrival. I was charged nearly £400 to have the car delivered, I was told it would be on a lorry but they had someone drive it down.
After a few initial problems they stopped answering my calls and emails.
Worst business people ever!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. My partner was driving and the sunroof flew off the car potentially causing a terrible accident on the motorway. They are refusing to refund or help in any way. They also come under Bridge Park Autos so be very weary when purchasing from them. Con artists. We will be taking the matter further.

Stay away, within an hour of driving the car the sunroof flew off the motorway which could have killed somone, they do not reply, stay away!

Found 11 months after I bought the car that the headlights were not secure to pass the MOT. They probably did something doggy to get the MOT just before selling the car. I asked them to fix it and did not want to take any responsability. Stay away or take precautions early on.

I bought a car from BRIDGE PARK AUTOS which looks like the same company as BRENTFIELD MOTORS back in March.

The car has been sold to me as Cat.N as involved in a minor accident - They told me that ONLY bumper, one of the head lights and some plastic parts have been damaged.

The car had a breakdown few days ago and after investigations made by an official VW garage, they have found evidences of previous engine repairs and noticed that the gearbox installed in the vehicle was not the original one and was not adapted for this car.

I was clearly driving a dangerous car in which a breakdown was inevitable.

The car was described as excellent condition in and out which was obviously far from being the case.

I've paid £25K for this car and they don't even want to take any responsibility about it - They don't respond anymore to my calls or texts either.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRADER OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.

But a beautiful car of these guys nothing but professional had a small problem with the car and they dealt with it efficiently and in good time
