Oh my gosh, where do I start?!

Terry absolutely restored my faith in the motor industry after being miss-sold a car back in September of 2021. From start to finish he was so honest and transparent. You can literally feel he is a man of his word. I went in with this massive guard up and just a 10 minute conversation with him bought it right down… I only went to test drive a car but didn’t realise I’d end up buying it also.

I had a Fantastic experience and he told me everything right down to the point. I cannot fault his customer service, knowledge and loyalties to the company. A real gem. Thank you so much! I will 1000% be back in the future to deal with him again

Was a bit nervous about buying a car that I'd not seen or taken for a test drive. Turns out I didn't need to worry at all as I now have an excellent new car which is in pristine condition, drives beautifully and all for a very reasonable price.

The whole process was completely seamless - I responded to the Autotrader ad on Friday evening and the car was with me by 8am Tuesday. Terry was so helpful with all the paperwork and all communication was clear and honest.

My sister brought a car that broke-down.

As the heading state my sister purchased a car from Pound Avenue and broke down several times within a short interval of owning the vehicle.

They recovered to car and sent it for repair, she received it back and yet again broke down.

Dealing with garages before I expected there to be some reluctance/resistance when advising that the car wasn't suitable for use. This however wasn't the case. Marco agreed that the car wasn't fit for purpose.

He offered my sister a replacement car to drive whilst looking for a suitable replacement. To no avail.

She gave the courtesy car back and was provided her refund in full.

This couldn't have been dealt with better in my opinion and even after the hiccups I wouldn't hesitate to look for another vehicle from this establishment.

Bought my fiat 500 here from Terry. He was able to give us all the information we needed, couldn’t fault service. Even did the MOT for it before they sold it to me and they put two new tyres on the car. For my first proper car purchase was really happy, thanks Terry and team!
