They offered me the best price for my old car which I was looking to sell - after having been to multiple other dealers.
They have great customer service which I couldn't fault for a second hand car dealer.
I would recommend doing your own checks on vehicles you wish to purchase.
The Audi TT I bought from them had a new MOT included in the price which was carried out a week before I took it. I took the car for a service 1 month later to be told the passenger side brake line was loose and had been repaired with a cable tie which had since snapped off. Either Topnotch's MOT guy had repaired this himself OR passed my Audi TT with a clear MOT having seen this himself. Either way I am glad I discovered this when I did to avoid any nasty accidents.
But has led me to believe at lot of their cars are sold as seen - so do your own checks!

Would give 0 stars if I could. After less than a year we are having to get a different car because we have had so many problems with the Toyota Prius sold to us by Topnotch Motors.

It took two and a half months to be reimbursed for a replacement battery and air con re-gas. We were one day away from taking the company to court before they finally gave us the money for the repairs. This was, and still is, unacceptable.

Following this, we have found multiple problems with the car and it has become too expensive to fix. According to our local Toyota dealer some of the recently discovered issues should have been noticed prior to sale and therefore have been fixed before the car was sold.

All in all a terrible experience. I have reported the company to Trading Standards as this car is not fit for purpose, nor was it at the point of sale. Extremely disappointed.

I bought Audi A6, literally the best car showroom in town. The way they deal with their customers is amazing. They deserve more than 5 stars. Happy to be a customer of Topnotch Motors♥️

Best Car Showroom in town!! Bought a Toyota Yaris a few months ago from Top Notch and I highly recommend them. The car was a dream to drive very smooth and there were no problems, the car salesman was very nice and helped me out with my little knowledge of cars. I highly recommend this Car Supermarket!!

Excellent negotiation skills, & genuinely consistent & reliable customer service provision, regardless of any unforeseeable difficulties or issues any 'other' individuals might create 😉 ... even after he's sold you the car. 😎👍 Stick with him & you can't go wrong.

The experience I had with Topnotch was truly great. They didn't have the exact car I wanted, so they took down all my requirements and within three days, they had brought in something that ticked all my boxes and more. They even sorted out a MOT and a service for the car. The guys customer service isn't like these regular dealerships and they really do go above and beyond for their customers.

Seemed a Fair seller.. but waited 3 weeks to sort out a noise in steering which we agreed they would sort before taking the car.. I ended up sorting it out myself, so that seemed ok for me, but then I was promised a 3 months warranty. after I noticed the head gasket had gone the following day I bought the car (water disappearing from radiator). I rang several times and they never knew which company provided the warranty and there was no paperwork about warranty.. never got a reply back so I had to sort the problem myself.. the website mentioned initially a 3 month warranty and a AA 12 month warranty but no paperwork confirming that.. not cool

David is not only very friendly and easy to deal with, but he is also highly knowledgeable with a wide range of car selling experience. You are in safe hands here.

Not only did I buy a car that I am 100% happy with, I also got a cup of tea out of it.
