What a super family friendly business! Richard had initial chats with us about a part exchange as we were interested in one of his cars. He explained the process to us with such clarity and brought the car to us for a test drive, looked at our car and a week later made the exchange! I would recommend him every time :-)

I bought a vehicle very recently which developed a fault on the journey home. I returned at once and nothing was too much trouble to get it resolved. They loaned me a car, replaced a few parts and when completed delivered it back to me(a near 200 mile return trip). it`s easy to give 5 Stars when things go perfectly,but it`s how a company perform when there is a problem that shows their real customer service. I was more than impressed and will certainly consider them when i`m next in the market. Superb service.

Little things like remembering your name when you phone, while common place 20 years ago hasn’t happened to me for years! Great car, great dealership!

Really impressed with the way David & Richard operate their business. Recently bought a VW Golf and am delighted with it. The car comes with a 6 month no quibble warranty and a couple of minor issues were dealt with immediately without question. The whole sales process was simple, a fair price and part exchange was agreed without the normal haggling. The cars they have are top quality and the after sales service is refreshing, they are clearly proud of their business and customer satisfaction. I would have no hesitation recommending this dealership and I feel confident that in the unlikely event that I have any future issues they will be rectified. Thank you!

What an outstanding family business this is. The customer service is fantastic. Purchased a Pick Up it had a very minor problem with the satnav, the GPS antenna was not plugged in. Rick and David went out their way to collect the vehicle, I had lovely loan car and they even reimbursed me the fuel money. The pick up was returned gleaming. Great customer service.
Even though they are 350 miles away from me I will certainly be using them again. EXCELLENT COMPANY .
