Brilliant!!!!!!! All thanks to Mia😊 This place is now on a new management by new people, so don't be confused with the old reviews as I did before I tried this place! I just baught a lovely VW golf 2014 from them, amazing car, I asked a mechanic to come with me to check the car, and he was amazed how good is the car and the price they offered to me. Mia handed me the keys and gave me all the time in the world to check it, they were very patient with me, and they wanted to make sure that I'm happy with the car before buying it. MOT was due to be expired in 2 months, and rear parcel shelf were missing and they did a new MOT and ordered a rear parcel shelf to my address, all for free!
Try them, you will not be disappointed!

In June 2020 during the pandemic, I needed a car as a nurse to get to work easier and faster and as it was also my bday month , I decided to go for it. The car cost me £12,500, Ramik told me the car was very good and that his father has been driving it. I paid them and drove off , he forgot to give me my driving license back, when I called to tell him of the licence and that I will be coming back to pick it up, he advised that they will put it in the post the next day being Monday up till today one story after another and I never got my licence back which I felt was very fraudulent. I revisited the garage more than 10 times as the car was not driving well and constantly no engine oil, Ramik advised that I bring the car to him for services and that I have one year warranty, I kept going trusting he had my best interest, but he will add oil and charge me £30 to £40 plus tell me that the care was serviced and charge £200. By beginning July 2021 the engine had gone , tried contacting Ramik, he says he was away and stopped responding to my messages . The 2nd opinion mechanic advised that the car will not last till December 2021 just over a year I had bought it ridiculous , and true to his words I had no car for December and had to rent to go to work. I was advised that a new engine will cost me £2,500 + workmanship £800 and that a discount. Heathrow trade car (Ramik) should no longer be allowed to stay opened to cheat customer. I’m a living witness to their scam. Please be aware they are very helpful for a greater loss

I got car from here audi a4 beautiful looking car i drove it home to problems straight away i had diagnostic done 12 engine faults so had the car took to audi specialist the car engine was nakerd and other things wernt repaired properly which i have documents to relate the company was more then happy to sort engine n maybe other issues but i didnt trust the person i was dealing with moved to dubi soon after problems started im now stuck in a finance aggrement to a car with dead engine the company seem to be making it very difficult for the return of this car this is a bad review on my experience with this company and not eveyone will have this problem i just picked wrong car maybe !

A friend of mine got a car from here. It was his first time buying a car and I personally advised him to go through a dealership so he saves him self any headache. I now have ended up here feeling a little guilty for not sending him directly to someone I know but becuz we live far apart, he chose something closer. This car dealership is a disgrace to car dealers and clearly this company does not know how to treat or deal with customers correctly. Appalled by how rude and arrogant they was to him and frankly disgusting. Stay away from this place at all costs. I hope they resolve this situation properly and give back my friend the money they owe. Amateurs

Clearly from your reply you do not want to take any responsibility or try to assist a customer in a car that you sold him and told him that it’s working perfectly fine, you seem to be missing a grave point. You just want to word your self professionally and lie to look like you are doing the right thing, All over a couple quid your losing customers , and tbh you probably are doing well so I do wish you good business, again clear amateurs, best of luck for future.

There’s a reason this place does not have a very good google review and that is because there service is awful. Nice touch with the racist card as a last defence when you have no other excuse. No offer of deposit was asked for, you just ran a mile when I asked if I could send an AA inspector because you know as well as your previous customers that the products you sell are scrap!

Good dealership got my first car from there was in excellent condition it's been 2 months I'm using this car and haven't faced a single issue thank you mate! F

Initially I was very happy with the car and the price the car was advertised for . This was until the car was delivered and I got into the car . The car had a very distinct smell of mould and visible mould on the interior of the car.I then started the car and heard a noise from the exhaust. I spoke to a lady from the dealership and she was very pleasant and offered to fix the car for me (blocked dpf filter) they then collected the car and was very efficient . A very nice guy dropped the car back to me after the lady I spoke to said the dpf has been replaced so I thought GREAT !!! I then went under the car once the guy had left only to find they had cut the dpf open and removed the insides and welded it back together. This is illegal so I gained advice from mechanic who said for me not to touch the car due to £900 to replace the dpf on the next MOT as it would fail due to tampering making it illegal and that it would be needed. And beyond this if you are caught driving it with a dpf removed the fines you can get can be astronomical.the lady took the car back and I have to say was very nice about it all . But then placed the car back up for sale the same day for more money I feel sorry for whoever buys the car as they are due to be paying out a huge bill to fix the DPF . Blue Astra reg DN14 XOH . Like I say lady was friendly and courteous throughout but with the illegal repair and trying to pass it off as replaced made me very disappointed and I would advise people to buy with caution from this dealership (if it sounds too good to be true it probably is)
10/10 for the lady dealing with me but 0/10 for underhanded car repair . I felt the lady who dealt with me had good intentions but as a business the sole aim was maximum profit with minimal outlay at the cost of the customer on this occasion ME .

Lucky to get 1 star. Should be minus 5. Not all reviews on here are legitimate. See 1 question asked. Replied by guy who has bought 2 cars from them!! This company is a complete joke. I purchased a vw tiguan VA08FVB for 4500. Test drive was fine. Journey home developed a fault within an hour. Took back within 2 hrs. However only refunded 4150. He obviously thinks I'm some kind of a mug. Will see him in court when he will be libel for costs too. Also contacted trading standards. Avoid these people like the plague. Horrible cowboy outfit 🤠
