We have been really impressed with Beck Evans from the off set. Very informative, efficient and accurate in the details they gave us about our new car. Jay Drummond sold us the car and he was fantastic- friendly, gave us all options for add ons and allowed us to test drive the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and approachable and we felt we could contact him throughout if we had any queries. Would definitely buy another car through the company in the future. Thank you

Thanks I love my new Audi convertible! There was great amount of images and a video for me to initially get a good feel for the car. @JayDrummond provided further videos showing the key features of the car and was very professional, explaining well the warranty and giving a new MOT and service. There was a slight issue with the car arriving with only one key but this was rectified and solution agreed. The car was delivered to my door which was a nice experience! Thank you.

I don’t normally do reviews, but the staff at Beck Evans were amazing throughout, Rob was fantastic and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a no nonsense hassle free experience for buying their car, the information on the car and extras were very well explained. The guys obviously go above and beyond to please the customers and the car itself is just next level very pleased!

Bought a car from Beck Evans today and Jay Drummond was an absolute diamond. He was professional, friendly and clearly knew his stuff which made the entire process an absolute breeze (albeit not for Jay as he had to cram a lot of paperwork in to a very short time which I am very grateful for!).

Amazing dealership and members! Found my dream car within the first visit and Rob Sharman, who assisted me throughout the entire process was fantastic.

Unlike several sales members I've dealt with, Rob never made me feel like this was just a transactional quick sale. Rob went above and beyond to ensure I got my car within a week from when I first saw it, updated me throughout ever step of the process, answered all my countless questions with great patience and ensured all the paperwork, registration, warranty, ceramic coating, etc. was taken care of ASAP.

From first initial enquiry about a used Tesla, I was contacted by Rob who gave me all the info I needed straight away. We even came up with a very decent offer for a part exchange on my current car. I am from Nottinghamshire so was not easy for me to go down and view the car or test drive, I was offered tons of photos and even offered a video show around, but as the car was in tip top condition this was not required.
Once agreed, I uploaded all relevant documentation and filled in a few easy online forms to agree the terms.
I decided I would visit the dealer and drop off my car and take the new one back, plus gives me a good chance to give the new car a good drive. A date was agreed for me to pick up the car at my convenience.
In the meantime some small scuffs was detected on the alloys, This was not acceptable to Rob who requested the wheel be taken off and sent for it to be repaired. This was not required or expected but goes to show the level of care Beck Evans will go to. The car also went through a new 12month MOT and everything was ready for me on time to collect,
Upon collection everything was pristine and in show room condition.
From start to finish the whole process only took 5 days from contacting to part exchanging and driving back with my new car.
The staff was all pleasant at Beck Evans and Rob looked after me well and explained everything in detail, there was no sales pressure to add on any added extra, they was shown to me and I did take the GAP insurance which I feel personally was needed with an expensive car like a tesla.

I would have absolute no doubts in recommending Beck Evans to anyone, If your reading this, Like I ready reviews when purchasing then please take comfort in that you will be dealing with a very good family run business who takes pride in there business.

Even though they was based 140 miles from where I am, I will have no hesitation but to look on there website for any future purchases.

I’ve bought lots of second hand vehicles over the years but my recent experience with Beck Evans put the rest to shame.
From the moment I called and spoke with Jay Drummond I felt in good hands.
We met with Jay and I was very pleased with friendly un-pushy attitude, nothing was too much trouble and he (and his manager Ben) went above and beyond every step of the way. I would not hesitate in buying another vehicle from this gentlemen and this establishment.

I’ve recently changed work and needed to buy a car for the first time in 25yrs maybe even a little longer. I spent weeks looking for cars narrowing down the search and ended on the BMW 5 series tourer. Then the search started properly. Beck Evans ended up having the car I purchased. I called and visited the showroom and meet Jay. Took a test drive, discussed all of the available options open to me from ceramic coatings to warranties and most things in between. I had a limited budget so we worked out what I really needed. Inside my budget limit as well. Picked the car up today…. Apart from the shock of fuel prices as I had been driving an electric car I’m super happy. I’m confident in my purchase and really happy with the level of service and contact from the dealership (Jay). Now time to drive like Miss Daisy to make that diesel last….
