I bought a used Transit Connect van from this garage.
They didn't follow me around trying to sell me anything like most dealers do, and when I returned from taking it for a test drive without anyone sat beside me with the radio volume turned up shouting 'what a fantastic deal I'd be missing if I didn't buy it,' it was them who told me there was a slight 'clunk' on the suspension which I barely noticed.
A reduced price was accepted, the required work was completed and a 12 month MOT supplied.
These two are real genuine, descent and friendly...completely at odds with my experiences of the usual pushy, smooth talking car dealer!

Pretty poor experience, I was charged a £350 acceptance fee that was not made clear at all! When I phoned the dealer he was very dismissive and didn't have a clue what I was talking about. Close brothers finance were as equally poor! Feel totally ripped off as to be charged £350 to be accepted for finance is an absolute disgrace and a total rip off. I would not buy another vehicle from here and would not recommend! If I had been made aware of such a ridiculous fee I would not have made the purchase which is probably why it was never mentioned!

Gentleman was very polite and cooperative, after dealing with him I was stress free about buying a car from him. It was good experience definitely will recommend him.

Ian had clearly put some care into getting the car in good shape (beyond what was necessary/visible) , he dealt with minor issues that I wanted sorting without any fuss and was a genuine pleasure to meet and buy a car from. If that wasn't enough - he was asking a perfectly fair price as well!

I have always liked the cut and thrust involved in buying a car, in that sense I was robbed! ha! There was no need for any of that. Good guy, good car, good price, good service - nothing left to do but relax and buy it.

Happy customer - will be the first port of call if ever in the market for something similar again.

Absolutely first Class. I went over to see a vehicle at short notice and after speaking to Ian at the garage I felt completely at ease and without pressure to buy. He left us alone to have a look round the car and take it out for a test drive, following which I was very happy to buy. Had a call from Ian less than 24 hours later to advise that the car was ready to collect and I am picking it up tomorrow which will be less that 48 hours for the whole process. I feel very confident that if there are any problems, Ian will deal with them professionally and he has provide a warranty, new MOT and service in with the price. Let's you have a good look, doesn't run out mithering. I test drove two cars no pressure to buy, but I did buy one very good service. Plus the car was delivered to Rainhill Liverpool, there was no extra charge for the delivery.🙂🙂🙂
