I’m surprised this dealership even gets 2 stars. What an absolutely joke of a dealership. Customer service is terrible. Guys working there just rude and and you can plainly see they hate their jobs and wish they weren’t there. I bought a car from them and literally 2 months after I had to change all the breaks. Fair enough wear and tear I can understand that. But then couple months after that the engine started overheating and the cooling system in the car failed me. They refused to even give me time of day to have a look at the car.

Honestly... Just stay away from this dodgy dealership. Don’t waste your time and money...

We have used Chaseville Motor Company as a family now for 5 years. All of their cars are carefully hand picked and Bruno and Theo have been very helpful over the last week whilst I was in the process of purchasing another car from them. I part exchanged my first ever car bought in 2014 which never gave me any issues and the whole process was really smooth. They were both on board to answer any queries I had. My brother also has had his car for two years now and is pleased with their service. Thank you Chaseville 😊

Really friendly service, easy to talk to and helpful. We bought a great little Hyundai i10 which was in great condition and clean. We test drove it and drove it away a couple of days later. All paperwork in order and warranty as well. Would recommend!

Theo and Andrew deliver good cars at great prices. We have bought 2 cars from them over the last few months and wouldn't hesitate to go back if we need another.

Friendly family business, great customer service, and the car we are buying from them, a Micra 2012, does not appear to be nearly ten years old. It’s really well taken care of and looks new inside and outside. Thank you for helping us with our purchase.

The best service! Got the car from them in perfect condition. Everything prepared for me to just grab the keys and drive without worrying about anything else. This was my first car and they helped me with getting the road tax as well. Highly reccomend!

I bought a family car as have kids. It was lockdown (so not been driving much). The car came with MOT. After four months the breaks were so low they were running on metal and I could feel them give in when pressed pedal. Had this verified by 2 garages. And all break pads and disks needed changing as a result. Should have been picked up in the initial MOT it was sold with. This has left a bad taste in my mouth. What a shame.
