We recently purchased a vehicle through Croyland and we are so glad we chose their car lot that day! The super friendly, Josh, helped us out and provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure we got our perfect car. He was the most "unsalesy" salesman we have dealt with, so that was really refreshing. He guided us through our options and at no stage did we feel pressured to make a decision. Their after sales service is also great - there was an issue with the aircon and they were able to get it fixed the very next day with no questions asked. We definitely recommend Croyland Car Megastore.

I would most definitely recommend purchasing a car from Croyland, and I myself would buy again. Cars were well presented, and all documents were available with ease. Price negotiation when we had selected our car was firm, but fair. They worked around our schedule for car delivery and the whole process was just a pleasure. Communication always good. We also had a couple of issues with the car (completely out of their hands), but they dealt with myself and my wife professionally, and swiftly, in order to get the problems resolved. All in all, a great experience, and want to thank Josh and Sue for all their help.

Apologies for the delay in my review … but have been enjoyIng my new car. Jamie was brilliant - exceptional service. 24 hours from test drive to delivery and Jamie made it happen. Couldn’t ask for more. The car I purchased was more than I expected for the price, very good value and sold as advertised. From part exchange to delivery faultless. Above and beyond - thank you.

Helped me out and went above and beyond when they really didnt have to, providing me with a loan car. They do sell decent cars however possibly lacking in the skilled mechanics department. Wouldnt return here ever again for a repair or diagnostics. Minor repair overlooked due to not reprogramming properly could have potentially cost me hundreds and hundreds to fix a problem that didnt exsist

This is the second time I have purchased a car from Croylands. On both occasions the before and after service have been impressive. They offered me a competitive price on the car I was part exchanging. They are certainly worth a look if your wanting a pre owned car.

Went in the show room here with a friend who wanted needed to buy a car. She is blind. We struggled through The heavy door. The two men did not give us the time of day. Did not even stand to great us. Very rude. No advise given. Pretty much just cast us away.
