Avoid at all cost. Sold me a faulty car costing me thousands. Within first few weeks clutch went, a few weeks after exaust fell off, a month later oil problems followed by breaking issues and then finally engine problems. They did fix the clutch initially but after numerous faults that occurred withing the first 4 months I requested a refund on vehicle. Reluctant to even speak to me, Car Piorneers have been extremely unprofessional and refuse to answer my calls or respond to any correspondence. When they do answer my calls, they claim its too late as its been over 6 months which is a lie with receipts of purchase clearly showing otherwise. They continue to claim my issues are a result of wear and tear in the 4 months I've been in possession of vehicle which simply is not true. Everytime I get in contact the 'boss' always appears to be away. Would strongly advise to anyone to avoid this car dealership as the have continously lied throughout the whole process of purchasing the car and have been a nightmare ever since.

Avoid at all cost, bought the car online, informed them what time I'd be coming to look/get the car, I arrived on time, was told the car was out being washed and it would be back within 10 minutes, I waited over an hour before the car arrived back,it was dark by that time so I did a quick test drive, car seemed to drive fine so I informed them I'd take it as I had to now get back in a rush to collect my child but I'd look at the car properly the next day and let them know if I found any issues, they assured me the car had been serviced recently so everything would be fine.
Next day I looked at the carvand found that most of the things listed on the advert wasn't available, the car had definitely not been serviced, no service book,no spare key , sensors didn't work, just to mention a few things. I contacted them and told them I'd bring the car back for them sort everything out which the agreed to, it took just over a month to get the car back, kept fobbing me off and promising different days,awful communication, I had to chase them every other day, the most unprofessional company ever.
There are issues with the car now but I've decided to just sort myself so I don't have to deal with them ever again.

I bought a car from them with part exchange on my old one. The clutch goes literally as I was parking it when I got it back from their lot! They take the car back and fix the clutch (though no receipts for the work), return it to me, then the battery goes the very next day. You couldn't make this up.

I request a return/refund of the faulty car and the part exchange given back to me, as is my right within 30 days. They tell me they have sold my car already and insist on fitting a new battery, then if any more issues they will take the return and refund. More issues inevitably come - windows stuck in position, blown speakers, electric dodgy - and as luck would have it, my old car is now up on their site/autotrader.

I request the refund and return of my old car again, and am given the run-around for weeks, during which time my old car disappears from their site. On one of the many visits to their lot to attempt to get refunded, I see my old car is parked across the street. They tell me they sold it to a guy over the road, obviously a lie but my hands are tied. Finally after much delay I am refunded and the car is returned - and my old car unsurprisingly pops up on their autotrader again.
