'Fixed' (in the loosest sense possible) my central locking at a very costly £85, there was no breakdown of the charges given and quite bad customer service. When i drove away i found my radio was not working, i had to drive back and to wait for another 5-10 minutes for them to fix the problem that they caused. When i asked for a breakdown of what cost £85 i was told that he had changed a fuse and something in my key. I know there was no issue with my key when i arrived at the garage as i had tested the central locking with my spare key. and as i was there a maximum of 20 minutes the labour cost should not have been that expensive. When i arrived home i noticed that my boot was still not opening and had not been fixed, i decided not to go back to the garage and went elsewhere in which they fixed the issue within minutes. I am not happy with the service and after speaking to other garages feel i was ripped off massively and charged excessively for a poor job. I wont use again and recommend you don't too.

I got a couple of other quotes to replace my broken car keys and they were between £80-£150 and they didn't mention the option to repair, Nether hall however suggested to repair them instead and they did for £25! Great service and took just 5 minutes.

Quoted me twice the price of London to reprogram my car key. London did it on the roadside taking them 30 minutes but they refused and wanted to do it at their workshop. Not helpful

Customer service was spot on, took my vhaxhall corsa down today for my central locking and in 20mins the car was all sorted 👍 many thanks to the person who fixed the problem. Would highly recommend.

Amazing service! Went in today to get my car key replaced, they did a diagnostic on the key, fixed the key that wasn’t working and then reprogrammed the key for the car. All at a great price!! Honestly recommend them to all!

Our Ford Focus breakdown with an ignition problem and was quickly quoted a fair price, which was kept too. Yusif also recommended a good recovery company which was very helpful.
